Fast service/delivery and then clear and unambiguous advice when I raised a query.

Bought an amplifier which arrived with a marked front panel .
Was offered a partial refund which I didn't want , I wanted a refund.
After they accepted a return that was difficult for me due to having no printer and the library in my village being closed (demolished) they agreed to collect it which they did on the 1st of July by UPS .
I emailed Friday 4Th of July about my refund and was ignored .
I emailed again yesterday 7Th of July.
And again today 8Th of July on all occasions
I was ignored.
So to me they come across as not very professional and ignore their customers when it comes to refunding them.
Typical when buying online and returning goods .
I would stay clear of this company ..
I have bought from them once online & I won't be using them again !

I haven’t received the parcel. I was in greater need of this item on Sunday. Courier yodel people they didn’t attempt to deliver but their site says that I have to collect it from a distant place. Pls I don’t know what to do.

Product arrived on following business day and prior emails were answered promptly and, has subsequently proved, accurately. I am happy with my purchase.

Great ceiling speakers at a very affordable price. Really helpful advisor guided me to the right speakers for my needs - didn’t try to upsell for the sake of it.

The WiFi speakers came with all that you need to install. Speakers went up in my Gazebo with ease. The app you need to download got the speakers onto the network was easy to use. N.B the network name stated in the instructions was different to actual network name. Great little speakers which can connect to a streaming service. The sound is clear the bass comes through enough for being outside. I would say the only thing which could be better is the short audio cabling and the quality. I would say the cabling was about 3m long. Fine in a small space but had to get my own speaker cable which would withstand the elements and long enough to wrap around the Gazebo. Not sure how long the one provided would last.

Audio Installation was great service. The delivery company was rubbish. One of the speaker boxes was damaged. Luckily the product wasn't damaged.

It was the whole process in that I had to return an item. First contact was with a technical question. I go a human almost immediately who gave a clear and positive answer. I ordered an Internet radio which arrived but had a faulty 3.5mm output socket. No problems when I rang and a rapid acceptance of my change of plan for a more expensive radio. Waiting for its arrival now. Main point is their exceptional customer help.

I have the replacement internet radio and was easy to set up and working very well now. Although it is intended to feed a separate hifi setup it will drive my good Sennheiser earphones.
