Excellent Service from Anumol, fantastic hearing aids

Anumol is Very helpful and friendly

I am very pleased with the service I received from Anumol Krishna at Audika Hearing centre in Taunton. She gave a very good explanation of the hearing test result and recommended some Hearing Aids.

On these visits my hearing aid is never looked examined, to make sure it’s still working correctly. It’s just a sales appointment trying to get me to buy a more expensive aid. If I thought this would happen I wouldn’t have attended but I had thought the business had been taken over

I lost one aid and was hoping for a replacement before I went on holiday in four days time
I was originally a client of Hidden nhearing so was uncertain as to what to expect from Audika.
I contacted my local branch(Anumol) and was given all the options.
I initially opted for an as near like for like exchange as possible possible owing to insurnce cover and rejection of "Betterment"
Given the service from Anumol I will consider the next grade up as it makes sense and the service I received was first rate.

Good professional service, with care taken to meet my needs. Quick follow up offer to contact if concerns arise.

My journey began with Hidden Hearing many years ago and now I am in the care of Audika at Taunton. The transfer has been seamless and the quality of care equally as good. We are as individual as our hearing is and the knowledge and advice I have received from Anumol has been invaluable. The quality of the products are life inhancing.

On my visit to Audika,I was treated very well, my opthalmist was professional and empathetic throughout, clear explanations on all aspects of test and sale of hearing aids of which I am over the moon with the quality and clarity, thank you for your kind attention, thoroughly appreciate and recommend this company.

Didn't find all the information about my own hearing assessment that easy to understand.
Had to work hard to get the costs of the hearing aids spelt out.
The costs were just not affordable for me at the levels quoted.

well pleased with service

I was kept waiting for my last two appointments which were my first since being with HiddenHearing. On the first time the audiologist could not remove wax which HiddenHearing could do so I had to have it done on theNHS and make a second appointment. The audiologist was very pleasant but although her English was good I found it difficult to catch everything she said. I was 100 % happy with Hidden Hearing and recommended them to more people but I cannot recommend Audika.
Also you have sent an email for my next year appointment quoting the Hidden Hearing address so your IT is not up to date.

did not check ears as previously seemed standard;
appeared a bit disorganised.

I felt that my check up was not so thorough as I have been used to with Hidden Hearing.
Also my hearing aids need ‘tweaking’ which was always done at time of my appointment with Hidden Hearing but with Audika I have to go back with my own charger! Being 81 it is not very convenient, surely there should be a charger on site.
