Excellent annual review appointment

I had my hearing test on 27/05/2025 and I must admit, I was impressed by the systematic procedure it was done. I got to know a lot about my hearing and how to protect it from further damage. It's a place I will always recommend to people, even if they do not live in Lincoln.

I recently visited the Lincoln branch for their ear wax removal/microsuction service - initially very nervous but Clare was friendly and put me at ease throughout. Will definitely visit Hidden Hearing again and recommend to anyone.

For anyone worried about microsuction - it's essentially what I imagine walking through a blizzard whilst tuning a radio would kinda sound like!

Every test was thorough, clearly explained, care was taken at all times! A pleasant manner throughout! I felt very comfortable in Dispenser's company. Test results explained well and shown by graphs.

Mark and the team are very professional and friendly. The entire process was explained in an easy to understand way. Their hearing aid has greatly improved my hearing and as such my life. I highly recommend that anyone who has, or believes that they may have a hearing issue book an appointment with them.

Went in because of recurring issues with my ideas, that was identified as a major build-up of wax. Despite it being heavily impacted on one side, they managed to clear it out painlessly.

The practitioner I saw, Clare, was super friendly and reassuring about the whole process, and I'll definitely be going back here in future if I have any other ear issues

I didn't know what to accept but was made to feel at ease straight away. Time taken to explain how the ears work and the process of the tests, everything explained so can understand it. All options gone through, and explained.

Thank you for a really thorough and educational audiology test. The audiologist was very knowledgeable, attentive, and empathetic. Great service (hot drinks also offered) and I would highly recommend. Also Re assuring to know my hearing is fine!

It was an extremely thorough assessment with good clear explanations about the various types of hearing loss. Hearing aids were not required and there was no hint of hard sell. A very pleasant reception with complimentary drinks.
