I did not feel like enough time was spent exploring the issues I have with the product.I also did not feel like a valued customer after shelling out so much money to buy this hearing aid,then insuring it and then get charged for additional supplies for which I am sure the insurance pays.I felt that my needs were not met on this occasion.

I was welcomed by Khadisha Walters, who put me at my ease giving me a step by step description of what was about to take place.
I was very comfortable with the whole procedure and amazed at the amount of wax removed. After completion my hearing and balance were greatly improved.

Very fast, efficient and courteous service. The Audiologist who dealt with my ear wax check and removal along with the lady on Reception were all very pleasant, professional and punctual. An excellent experience and I shall certainly use them in future.

She explained everything very clearly and has a lovely personality and genuinely seems to want to make things better.

My hearing assessment, at the Kingston on Thames branch, was thorough and carried out in a sound proof room. The audiologist, Tom, was courteous and professional. Explanations were clear and full.
I required wax removal from both ears to increase the efficiency of my new hearing aids.
This was carried out competently and thoroughly by the Ear Care Practitioner Roopa.
It was the best wax removal experience I have ever had!

I use Hidden Hearing Kingston for both my hearing aids and for ear wax removal. Everyone that I have seen there has been friendly, polite, professional and very helpful.

This is particularly the case with Khadisha Walters who has helped me out with ear wax removal over the last two or three years. I was experiencing blocked ears every 6 to 8 weeks but under her guidance I now need treatment far less often, every 6 months or so.

Khadisha always explains what she is about to do clearly and then does it gently and thoroughly. She also combines the highest standard of professionalism with a marvellously bright, friendly personality.

Following a last minute walk-in to the Kingston branch because my hearing had got much worse I had the best service! Khadisha Walters worked her magic - she was patient, gentle, kind, determined and incredibly professional. Over the course of two sessions she managed to remove the significant amount of sticky wax completely adhered to my ear drum. I had total confidence in her. I’ve seen Khadisha Walters in Kingston three times of the last two years for microsuction. I have found her very professional, thorough and caring every time. She’s helped me understand why I’m prone to ear wax buildup and how to manage it, and the treatment has restored my hearing to within the normal range. I highly recommend her service.

I would give 1,000,000 stars if I could! I've suffered from hearing problems for a few years and genuinely thought I was going deaf. Some home care and two sessions in the centre, and everything is clear as day.
