Had a great experience at hidden hearing Dundee branch very friendly and professional, Norrie made me feel ease and explained my results and let me try some hearing aids which was very helpful so I could understand my results and get more of an idea what my hearing could sound like.
I would recommend hidden hearing if you are having any issues.

The audiologist who came to test my mother’s ears (Calum) was helpful, friendly and patient. There was no hard sell - just good, practical advice. This is the way to gain - and keep - customers!

A most enlightening experience for my father who was diagnosed with rather severe hearing loss when he thought he was perfectly fine.

David from Hidden Hearing was extremely helpful. I have had the aids now for a couple of days and they have made such a difference.

The operation involved removing impacted wax from both ears. The procedure was explained carefully and clearly. The actual procedure was quite comfortable. On completion of the procedure there was a summing-up and all in all I was very satisfied.

My mum was very well looked after by the Dundee team.

I had wax removed from both my ears over 2 appointments (at no extra charge). It wasn’t painful and totally successful. It was also a lot more comfortable than previous experience of having having my ears ‘syringes’. Now I can hear again! Teresa explained everything and gave me advice all the way through the process. Thank You!

Micro suctioning is a very efficient way of removing wax, expertly done in this case by Ear Care Practitioner Andrew Gillan.

I had my first consultation and intend to have further appointments and services based on my initial customer experience of this clinic. The clinician was professional and knowledgeable as well as being compassionate and sympathetic to my issues. I feel satisfied as a customer and patient. I also additionally sought a second opinion from a different audiologist, just for comparison and reference and they concurred completely with the Hidden Hearing clinicians diagnosis.
10/10,5 stars. Would recommend to a friend and family.

I bought aids about 5 years ago for £5,000 and they are rubbish, they are so bad i am going to put them in the bin.

You can make an appointment with another branch
but it will not be any use they are rubbish.

As usual, wholly professional in all aspects.
