I have been having trouble with impacted ear wax,water retention and ear infections, I have been to my doctors and was told that the NHS no longer removes earwax!!
This is now carried out by the private sector.
I found via Google Hidden Hearing in Clacton,and spoke to Michelle who explained how it works and what I should expect.Since then I have visited 3 times and the whole experience has been for me a revelation,wax removed,water removed,ear infection improved dramatically,plus a short hearing test to see how your hearing is. Your Gp is informed of every procedure and the results by the next morning should any medication be required.At the Clacton branch Michelle is receptionist and Wendy and Debbie are the Nurses who carry out the procedures,all three ladies are very professional, very good at what they do,and very good at explaining not only at what they are going to do, but also what they have found.I highly recommend this branch,because the service is excellent

The audiologist was patient and explained everything in an easy manner. He was very helpful in setting up the app and showed me all the settings.
The whole visit was welcoming from the moment I stepped into the reception.

I went here today for a hearing test. I found that all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Gordon put me at ease and explained to me about my hearing loss. And how I can remedy it. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything that I needed to know. Michele on reception was friendly and helpful & put me at ease as well. Cannot fault the service I had. Will recommend them to my friends and family.

I can honestly say I have never had such good service as I have had from Michele on reception to Gordon , They both make me feel that whatever I need they are only too happy to help . I wish all businesses were like this . Well done Clacton hidden hearing .

My nan went to clacton hidden hearing today as she needed to have her ear syringed due to it being very blocked and she kept feeling dizzy. Debbie who is the lady who syringed my nans ear was absolutely lovely. My nan is deaf and blind but she still made sure to go out of her way to make sure me & my nan knew what she was going to be doing every step of the way. So thankyou very much you made my nan feel very much at ease.

Michele is so down to earth and very helpful I think she is wonderful the audiologist I cannot say as I have seen her only once she was amicable

My hearing test done by Hollie Godwin in the Clacton Branch was very thorough and the both the receptionist and audiologist were very professional

Phoned booked an appointment payed at the same time attended at time agreed removed some ear wax but needed further softening arranged a follow up appointment included in the same price all went well on second visit all ear wax removed saw pictures before and after which was new to me also had a hearing test included in the price Debbie who I saw was lovely bubbly very chatty and put me at ease can not recommend enough professional service reasonably priced all in all super service and I can hear again Thank You

Great service all around from Clacton's Hidden Hearing branch. My audiologist Holly was extremely caring, gentle and empathetic. I have suffered from being hard of hearing for a while. Specsavers stated that could not help me due to my age, and the NHS couldn't help me as they could see no apparent reason for hearing difficulties.

Holly listened and acted.

She was considerate and provided me with the help that I needed, as well as was patient with me and my neurodiversity.

Thank you also to Michele, the receptionist, who provided a welcoming environment and was very hospitable.

Excellent customer service! You both are amazing! I can't wait to see you for my routine follow-up appointment.

Debbie and colleagues in Clacton are such a great team - I highly recommend them. Debbie looked after my dad who had ear wax removal carried out, she is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares how her clients are doing. Thank you so much again Debbie for everything.
