Very thorough earwax removal. The whole process was explained to me and I had a hearing test afterwards.

Very thorough and didn’t feel rushed at all when having suction for removal of wax. Jan at Chesterfield made the whole experience pleasant and very relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to have this procedure carried out.

Went to Hidden Hearing in CHESTERFIELD as I have been suffering with loss of hearing in my right ear for some time . Also it was quite sore !
Jan was fantastic . She talked me through it all and showed me some really interesting photos of my ear as she worked. She got out a big bit of wax which was compacted against my eardrum with no trouble at all and it was completely painless . Took about 25 mins in all with consultation.
I have been telling all my friends about it .
Highly recommend and would use again in the future .
Mandy on reception was also very friendly and offered me a coffee as soon as I walked in.

Took my 89yr old mum to the Chesterfield branch for her regular hearing check and new hearing aids. The service has been fantastic. Mandy on reception is really helpful with any query, and her customer service is excellent. Kia the hearing care expert has been fantastic in helping mum find easy ways to get her hearing aids in due to arthritis in her fingers. Nothing has been too much trouble. Very happy with the overall service. Kia and Mandy make a good team.
