The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The storage facility is spotless and well lit. I decided to rent a storage unit because we were traveling for 6 weeks in the UK to help with the ease of suitcases.
This facility became my safe haven. It’s open 247, it’s safe and ,there’s a clean bathroom inside. We had an awful situation with Airbnb and thanks to having access to this facility we were able to drop off suitcases and gather ourselves safely inside the facility late at night with no worry in the world. Even during the summer the facility is at a pleasant temperature ,no issues at all! I highly recommend it!

Awful awful company.

My unit recently got broken into by their own words - "an inside job" - a lot was stolen.

Be warned - this company will do everything within its power to avoid taking responsibility, will do as little as they can to be transparent and will always look to blame someone else.

Their supposed insurance company and contract clauses constantly find ways to avoid paying out.

This is the second time I've been robbed during my time with attic.

The first was due to a moving company attic arranged as my items had to be moved due to a leak inside my unit. Items were stolen but because it wasn't "forcible entry" the insurance wouldn't pay out. Despite the fact the only reason my items were moved was due to their buildings leak.

This second time around someone forcibly has broken into my unit and several others. I've just heard from the insurance company and they are already trying to limit their liability to as little as possible - despite the fact they are supposed to cover you when forced entry has taken place.

Despicable horrific company. A total nightmare from start to finish.

I'll update this review when I have an outcome on this ongoing situation.

Great experience dealing with Gierdre at your NW1 location. She was exceptional. She explained the whole process and showed me my options. Her communication was top notch. Great asset to your firm.

From the get go incredibly helpful and friendly staff especially Terence. Love the 24hrs access and being able to use your mobile to access everything too. Makes a huge difference to padlocks. Just wish there was one closer to me in Shepherd’s Bush. Couldn’t recommend enough especially as I only needed a small space to safely store my bike while being an inpatient at the nightingale hospital. Not knowing how long I was to be there as well.
