Needed to redecorate my room and Attic was close to my home so very easy to bring my stuff over. As it was my first time renting a unit I wasn't sure of the ideal size for me, but staff were very helpful in finding the best suitable storage unit. Explained the entire process from start to when I moved out and was understandable. Area was clean, no issues with security, very much enjoyed having 24 hour access as it gave me less pressure to visit my storage at certain time frames. If I ever need storage space again I would definitely go back.

I rented a large unit and my experience from beginning to end was excellent. All the staff I dealt with at the Beckton branch were really understanding and accommodating. All my queries were dealt with promptly. Adina dealt with my deposit refund promptly and Armeet was great in helping me with my bookings!
The storage and facility is excellent, very clean, bright and 24hr access made it super useful!

I've been at the Beckton store for two months now. When I saw their online offer with a quote from Miss Adina, I went for it without hesitation. I thought to myself, if I didn't like the storage unit, I could always switch to a different one.

The location of the Beckton branch is perfect. It's right in the middle of the shopping center, so if you're running a business, you can easily keep your stock nearby. And that's exactly what I did.

When I got my locker, it was completely empty. But Mr. Adel helped me out by getting all the boxes, cases, and bubble wrap I needed to store my stuff. What's great about this store is that they offer free WiFi, 24-hour access, and charging points in my locker. So my phone's battery anxiety disappeared, and I automatically wanted to spend more time there. I also wondered if I was allowed to print shipping labels from my storage locker, so I found out that I can.

There are working pods on the ground floor that offer tea, coffee, clean toilets, WiFi, and charging points. What's more, the place isn't crowded with unfriendly people. And all of this only cost me £50 per month, less than the price of my morning coffee! Miss Armeet even gave me one day to try it out to see if I liked it. And after that trial, I was hooked and decided to cancel my WeWork subscription.

As the owner of a rapidly growing startup, I found the perfect place to store my stuff. The place is in great condition, even though there's not enough cutlery in the office. But for only £50, I can't really ask for more!

I was initially looking for a short term storage solution, and I was unable to access my existing storage unit, because it was late in the day, and that supplier closes off access to the units at 6 pm.
The Attic site is very local to me, and I thought it would be more convenient for the period of time that I needed.
Adina and her colleagues were very helpful and friendly; I was able to arrange the storage unit in about 10 minutes, and was shown the facilities in enough detail to be able to use the unit straight away. The App that is used to access the facilities is simple to use, intuitive and effective, and allows 24 hour access to the site, which is one of the reasons I decided to change from my existing long term storage to the Attic Facility.
The other main reason was the price: Attics fees are considerably lower than the fees I was being charged at the other place. I ended up actually taking a different, larger unit at Attic, because I found I needed more space. The cost of the larger unit at Attic has worked out to be less than the cost of the smaller unit at the competitor.
The facilities are clean, well lit and spacious enough that loading and unloading are easy, the lifts are pleasant to use and seem to be very secure with access requiring a request from the App. All access is controlled by the App, front gate, front shutters, lift and unit doors are all on electric locks and need the App to be opened.
Adina and the team are all very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful: 10 out of 10 for Customer Service.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company, were someone to ask me. All in all, a very positive experience.
