Bought a pair of boots buckle fell off after 2 rides contacted customer services should have had response 1-2 days still nothing had to purchase buckles direct from Leatt at a cost of £ 28 best to go to a physical shop face to face customer services I would probably avoid AT and also I should have looked at some previous reviews.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke - first of all: shipping is deceiving (free is via DPD next day and express (7.99) is DPD Next Day ) - if you are fool enough you pay for it and you get nothing;)
Second:They send our boots with obvious stains and wear marks.
Third: Returns .. they make it as difficult as possible to return anything - pay for your own return and then they stop replying to your emails for a week - as they are not in a hurry to refund your order
Fourth: They make a partial refund ... no communication, no explination, nothing....
For them a pair of stained boots worth £380 is not an issue - normal. By all means use MX Rider or Adventure Rider - free returns even after 30 days.
They hide behind the worst policies and never admit the issue is their customer support which is poor at best - try Urban rider and you’ll see what customer support feels like …
My mistake for not choosing a known easy to deal with retailer.
BTW, me requesting a size change is BS …
AVOID THEM - SERIOUSLY
I hope they loose all their customers one by one …

You initially ordered a pair of Alpinestars Tech 7 boots, which you later cancelled and exchanged for the Gaerne SG22 boots, a change we arranged for you promptly. After receiving the SG22s, you requested a size exchange and then placed a new order for the correct size.
You later reported a mark on the boots; however, please note that all our boots are inspected outside of the box before dispatch to ensure they are the correct size and free from defects. As you were already returning them due to the sizing issue, we advised returning them for inspection. Once received we were unable to find any fault, we processed a full refund (excluding the original postage cost), which is standard practice across most online retailers.
Regarding shipping, we offer free delivery (4–5 working days) or an express option (2–3 working days) for £7.99. I can see that for all your orders where you selected the £7.99 delivery option, the boots were delivered within 1–2 working days, well within the expected timeframe.
We always strive to provide the best service possible and have gone above and beyond to assist you throughout your orders and exchanges. It seems that your one-star review is primarily due to the postage cost not being refunded, which is standard across all online retailers. We feel this doesn’t fully reflect the level of service and effort provided to resolve your issue. In future, you may find it easier to visit a local retailer where you can try on boots in person to ensure the perfect fit before purchasing.
