Poor customer service, order items online to then received an email to say they are unavailable. Cannot contact by someone by telephone to speak about the issue to arrange an alternative.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’ve reviewed your order and the email correspondence with my colleague. It was agreed that the helmet would be sent first, with the goggles to follow, as they were delayed due to the supplier implementing a new stock system. As agreed, the goggles will be processed and dispatched separately within the next few days and we can only apologise this has taken longer than expected.

Products great, timely delivery, however it does state that orders over £50 are free delivery, not in my case though, it was £15 basically, this may be because I’m on a Scottish island, it wasn’t made clear and imo shouldn’t matter, if this hadn’t been the case the review would have been excellent

Poor customer service
Paid for 2-3 day delivery, came in 9-10 days. No explanation or information as to why, no offer of refund for delivery even.
Will not use again, had to threaten to cancel via paypal before they even despatched my items.

Item not as described
Honestly, this was such a letdown. The product wasn’t at all like it was described — totally different from what I thought I was getting, the item arrived in used condition and was dirty trying to get help was a joke. I messaged a few times and either got no reply or super vague answers that didn’t solve anything. I expected way better for what I paid. Wouldn’t recommend at all — wish I’d gone with someone else.

Given that it’s a basic design—made from aluminium tubing and intended for simply lifting your bike on and off—I’m struggling to understand how it didn’t work as expected?

I had ordered some Motocross boots from another supplier only to be told 3 days later they did not have the stock.
I called AT Motocross who did not have the boots on the shelf but called to manufacture directly to see how soon they could get hold of a pair for me.
Literally coul NOT have been any more helpful! I will be making all purchases through these guys from now on!
