Very disappointed in this company.
Very disappointed in this company. If you purchase anything from them, pray that it works, because money is more important to them than customer satisfaction, and reliable, functional products. If you need to return a product that does not work, they will hit you with "company policy", they will never even consider refunding any shipping money, let alone pay for return shipment of a defective product, but that's not all, if you want to send a product back, all you get is a credit for future purchases, and if you don't get it back to them inn 7 days, per their "policy", then they hit you with a huge restocking fee. I'd buy products elsewhere. Stick to quality companies like LL Bean, or Oakley, or other highly rated companies

We send you an E-mail on Nov 23 2015 at 3:00 PM PST. Providing you with instructions and address to ship the unit back to.
You chose not to do that and gave us a 1 star rating.
We E-mailed you again yesterday Jan 6th 2016 at 2:45 PM PST with our original E-mail and instructions and asked why you gave us 1 star rating if you decided not to return the item.
In our opinion we have done everything we could in order to provide a good customer service, but we have not had any reply back from you except the 1 star rating.
Here is our reply to you but you just do not want the unit back and just keep providing bad reviews!

With regards to the phone conversation. You can ship back the units to our physical address provided in the previous mail.
Please note: The item order date was on 11th of Oct, which is more than 2 months of purchase.

Just what we needed
The order was processed within a few days, and we received it 9 days later. Everything was packaged and shipped well. The purifier was easy to assemble. Within the hour of receiving it, we had it operating.
The next day we could immediately tell the difference. The smell of mold and mustiness was considerably less. After two weeks, it was almost non-existent!
And when we had to clean it, everything came apart and came back together easily. We are very happy with the purchase.
