Sold me a damaged item, then ignored me for weeks
Bought a soldering station here — a bit unusual already, since this storefront is branded as an athletic/sportswear shop. What arrived was visibly used, damaged, and missing parts — clear signs the box had been opened and repacked before shipping to me. I flagged the issue the same day I received it and was ignored for weeks despite multiple messages. I returned the item and the seller confirmed they'd received it back, but then blew past the legal deadline to issue a refund. They told me a month later that they'd process my refund 'soon' — they never did. I only got my money back after Allegro's buyer protection stepped in and refunded me directly, since the seller wouldn't.
