If your purchase gets shipped, it'll come from CHina. I tried to cancel but they do not respond and I never got the items. Same items can be found on Aliexpress or Alibababa for a fraction of the price (do image search). So basically the website is pretending to be making their own items, in reality, they are hosting photos and when they get the order, they buy from other chinese sellers and then get them to send to you, if they do that.. Again I did not get my purchases and they never responded. Positive reviews on Trustpilot maybe fake

Purchased a gorgeous crossbody phone bag from Atelier Alain, beautifully packaged. Sits comfortably when wearing across the body, just the right length too. Just the right amount of space to fit your phone & glasses in, not bulky either which is the beauty of the bag, very slender looking, perfect for me.
I had many a question for their customer care team on a few of the bags I had interest in, as in the exact measurements for my needs. I was corresponding with J.Charlene who was exceptional with advice/guidance etc., so many thanks. Absolutely LOVE my new phone bag! Would highly recommend this company.

The product is cheap crap that smells like it's sat in a cupboard for years. Basically a scam. Sadly more of these kinds of companies operate on the basis that they are still selling a product, but returns are very difficult so they rely on people not being bothered to pursue it.

I made an order with this company for a christmas present. The order arrived after 10 days (no mention of shipping time on the payment page like 99% of other websites).

I wrapped the gift without even taking it out of the nice box it was in.

After giving the gift, it was noticed that it didn't match any photos on the website. The product was cheap in feel, not compact fitting when closed together.

After suggesting about a refund/return. I was offered 25% refund and to keep the product, which changed to 50% once I said no to this. As I wasn't happy with the product being what was ordered.

If I wanted a full refund, I had to ship the product back to France from the US out of my own pocket. No help was offered with this.

The photos I sent showing the products didn't seem to match were greeted with:

'The photographs provided compare images taken from different angles and positioning. Variations in camera angle can affect visual perception and do not, on their own, indicate that a different product was supplied.' 😂😂

Laughable customer service all round. Don't trust with their fake products!

Every item I've ordered from this company feels well-made. It's clear they pay attention to the details, and their customer service is helpful too.

Order is sent from China. Google search on exact same bag is sold on Amazon for less than half of the price! Unfortunately “trustpilot” reviews are no longer reliable. I got scammed!
