⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Astra Straps NZ. Jerry from customer support was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. I accidentally placed an order with a duplicate item, and Jerry went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and arrange a refund.

The communication was excellent, and I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service, and it has left me feeling very happy with my experience.

Easy process start to finish

Fantastic experience ordering through Astra Straps, great quality, I was particularly impressed by the excellent customer service (I spoke to Ronnie) and shipping is fast. I will be ordering again!

Straps are great quality. Just rating it 3-star as the company implies it’s a NZ based store given the web address etc, yet it’s based in America! I purchased from this store specifically because I thought it was in NZ and wanted my straps promptly - so disappointed to find afterwards it wasn’t and shipping took ages. I never got tracking details either despite an email saying they’d be sent, so I had to email to enquire. Customer service contact was lovely though.

Have never received my order placed early February (now mid-March). Customer Service are pleasant on email, but are unable (or not interested) in tracking down my order. According to tracking on their website it was delivered mid-Feb but no courier delivered that day (have cameras). Customer service tell me to contact the courier company, but cannot tell me who that is locally.

The strap I bought didn’t even have a clasp so it can’t be put on or taken off the support emails were just ai generated slop.

Ordered Watch Band for Apple Watch. The clasp does not work, watch fell from my wrist.
Avoid this company and their products.

NOT A NZ COMPANY!!: This business gives the impression of being Australian based with it's .co.nz, but it's actually operating from China. I placed my order and tracking showed it was shipped from China. The tracking claims it was delivered but 49 days later I still haven’t received my strap. They show customer reviews on their website, but these are moderated by the shop and my review was deleted.
