they explained everything gave advice to which was the best on offer and no pressure sales

We booked a telephone consultation with Emma Williams. She was very good at making things clear, putting us at ease and exploring options with her well informed advice. Follow up has been excellent as well. We would definitely use their services again.

I dealt with Emma. She was extremely knowledgeable and very good at explaining the process and offered additional information that we lay people don't know.

Very helpful & professional. Explained everything we needed to know.

Used my Wowcher with them and went for a far more comprehensive package than the Wowcher. I wanted to see the Wowcher amount discounted off the package but they were trying to tell me it already was when I have already had quotes from other companies. I decided not to use them and they ignored Wowchers several requests to confirm they were sending the credit back.

A really helpful consultation……answered all my questions and provided an excellent service……already recommended this service to friends and colleagues

The whole experieince from the initial phone call to the final email has been so smooth.
We would highly recommend anyone who is is need of the National Will Writers services to go ahead. It was in no way as intimidating as we had imagined and should never have put it off for so long.
Both of our contacts have helpped us through each stage and are always at the other end of the phone or email ready to give you the advice you need.

Fantastic service, so helpful and David gave me so much great advice. My Will is sorted and only took a couple of weeks. I also purchased life cover with his advice and saved a great deal.

Very professional informative service from Lee. Highly recommended.

Very clear and helpful advice, easy to arrange

Very good service all round from the telephone conversation to the paperwork being delivered.

Great service from Lisa. My case was quite complicated and when she didn't know the answer, she came back to me after seeking the answer from the solicitor. I initially signed up for a £10 group deal but ended up going for the far more comprehensive trust will yo protect my family in the future.

Very knowledgeable. Quick and efficient service. Craig Hall was excellent

Bought a Wowcher. Spoke with Roger who was really informative, helpful, open and honest. I decided to go with a full will and power of attorney at the same time. Obviously is more exspensive but worth it.
Very easy process, always phoned exactly at the time we had arranged. Would recommend.

So easy to fill-in and very prompt responses recommend them to anybody absolutely 10 out of 10 marks

Easy and straight forward assistance sorting will

Would have liked to use PayPal rather than input my card details.

Absolute rip off! I bought a voucher for a single will. Was told I’d then have to pay extra to actually access it! Was told they keep the original and I’d have to pay to get it used when the time came and offered a monthly premium to be able to edit it! I paid for a will. I got a big bag of NOTHING! Absolute crooks. See other bad reviews on here! Wish I’d read them first! And your reply below is untrue as I never got as far as even discussing the will! Don’t know who you think I am but I’ve not taken ANY of your services so this is a complete lie on your side. Once we were told there would be more charges we decided to cut our loss and go to a proper solicitor. You’ve literally just made your reply up! You’ve no idea who I am 🤣 please stop trying to upsell to older people, some who might be vulnerable and end up paying you extra money! Having read your 1-3 star reviews they all say the same. Edit: I note you have removed your reply as you know it was untrue!
