Good Communication
Item was ordered but then there was a Royal Mail strike which delayed the delivery. The communication from the seller was very good and the item did eventually arrive well packaged and in perfect condition.

Update. I've now been contacted and another unit is being sent to me.
Placed order a couple of weeks ago. I was told there were problems with royal mail collecting and that an alternative courier was being used. Then nothing. No delivery. Contacted the supplier but no response.
Very poor customer service.
