I have been an investor through Aspire Property Group and have had a great experience. A very slick hands free process. The thing I am most impressed with is how they handled any problems that came up. I felt supported through out and that they were acting on my side. From purchase to renovations to lettings communications have been great throughout.

A great 2nd transaction and Claire was there all the way helping seller and our tenants .

We found Aspire about a year ago while getting ready to sell our family home as we wanted some solid ideas of how to invest the money. We discussed some investment options with Jamie and decided we'll go ahead and buy a few properties with thier assistance with the proceeds from the sale. We were assigned Terri as our account manager and she has been super helpful from the get-go. She presented us with a great property and managed the whole process seamlessly, liaising with the seller and our lawyer which was especially important as our house sale took a lot longer then anticipated and the seller was getting (understandibly) frustrated. Having a dedicated WhatsApp chat helped immensly as communication was quick and eficient. We just moved into the renovation stage of our investment and this process also looks very well designed and simple to follow, again Terri is with us each step of the way, making sure we're well informed and reassured. So far so good, as they say!

I signed up to Aspire early 2025 and the experience has been excellent end to end. Toyan was my initial contact in the sales process after which I was handed over to the Account Management team where Chloe was designated to me.
Chloe was instrumental in securing and guiding me through our first property which was acquired, refurbished and let out very smoothly. Key person involved in refurb was Jack, Emma and for lettings Luke who were all excellent.
We have just agreed on our second property and are progressing fast. Whilst real estate in general can be slow, Aspire team always do whatever is in their control to fast track the process via regular follow ups.

Highly recommend Aspire, Terri has been with us every step of the way. Any problems or something your not sure about she will help you through it, she makes it so easy for us from start to finish we owned a property within 2 months. Highly recommend 😃
