We started well with the repair man Stan but when things weren’t working out as expected, he refused to complete the job. Before he finished the repair, I recommended him to a friend which was a mistake! My friend was trying to be nice to me but eventually shared her own experience which was also negative. I’m not sure if it is a language barrier issue but I do question his knowledge. As I read more about my issue on my appliance, I came to realize that there is one important thing that he missed and when I asked him, he refused and was extremely rude about it. I was very diplomatic but he went to the extent of telling me not to call him again-of course because he already got my $$! Now I have to pay someone else to finish the repair as the real issue and root cause of the problem did not get addressed.

To my surprise, they sent a technician out the very same day! The repair was completed quickly and professionally.
