Outstanding service despite delayed completion
I highly recommend ASP Removals. We hired them for our house move last week, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
They arrived early, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and were friendly, approachable, and clearly very experienced. All of our belongings arrived without damage, and the team even reassembled furniture and carried large items upstairs to the rooms we requested, all at no extra cost.
Our chain was slow to release the keys on the day, so they didn't get access to the new property until late Friday afternoon. Despite this, the team continued working until around 8pm to ensure the move was completed to our complete satisfaction. True professionals.
The quotation and booking process was also smooth and straightforward. I particularly liked that everything was handled online, with a clear breakdown of exactly what was included. Some of the other removal companies we considered had much more confusing quotes, so ASP's transparency was greatly appreciated.

The ASP Transport turned out to be…
The ASP Transport turned out to be super professional company ! They took care of:
- helping with all the paperwork (moving from UK to the EU) and customs declarations etc, making this process extremely smooth !
- loading all of our boxes (we packed our belongings ourselves) onto the track
- unloading at the destination (we did not have to cary a single box!)
- they also applied additional protection to some of the boxes /items, to prevent any water damage etc...
Loading of the track took about 2 hours (135 boxes of various sizes, totalling in around 1500 kg weight).
During the trip (from UK to Poland), they provided updates, regarding the progress and the wherebouts of the track.
Unloading at the destination (we chose to have our things delivered to a local storage facility called Less Mess Storage), also went super smooth, and everything was done and dusted in about 2 hours, without us needing to be there at all.
We arrived at the destination a week later and checked the storage facility, and found that not only our things arrived in a great condition (no damage etc..), but were also really nicely stacked, making it easy to access the storage space to pull out what we needed.
I was really shocked at the quality of the services provided by ASP Transport, and if I was to move home again, I would definitely use them again !
- on top of that their pricing was really good (compared to other international removals companies that only provided transportation (and you would need to move everything yourself - which isn't soo great when you have been suffering lower back problems for the last 15 years !)
- important thing to notE: their INSURANCE covers your things not only while in transport, but also when they are being loaded / unloaded !
If you are looking for a company that will help you pack, load , move then unload everything, don't look elswhere, talk to ASP Transport !

Great, until you have a problem
I wanted nothing more than to provide this company with a 5 star review but unfortunately after a bad experience which I had planned to resolve amicably and in private, its clear this company are only out to look after the money in their back pockets. I experienced numerous contractual failures on my removal date, including damage to my property. I felt uneasy even highlighting these issues with the company shortly after moving however, despite initially being asked what my expectations were from their errors, once I replied I was faced with a AI generated email with a load of T&Cs and legal jargon that meant any kind of rapport with the business was lost, they couldn't even sign off the email with a name of who sent it. I have since been met with complete silence. Id ensure before choosing this company that you are their only move on the day. It was made evident to me by the company and their social media that there was a bigger paid job happening on the same day as my move, as such it appears their protection supplies were placed elsewhere because they were no where to be seen on my move.

Premium Service – Highly Recommended!…
ASP Transport & Removal & Storage Ltd delivered an absolutely fantastic service for our recent move. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The team arrived with a well-equipped 7.5-tonne truck and two experienced porters who managed all the loading, unloading, and placement of furniture with precision and respect.
What really stood out was the genuine thoughtfulness and friendliness of the two drivers. They weren’t just careful with our belongings, they made the whole experience enjoyable with great conversation and humour, which helped ease the stress of a pre-Christmas move. They treated both properties with care, using protective covers for furniture, door protection, a padded mattress cover, and floor protection. Everything was well-coordinated, and our belongings were fully protected throughout the journey.
Fuel and insurance were included, and the admin process was smooth and transparent. Honestly, ASP saved my husband and I a world of worry. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else (this is truly a premium, reliable service that goes above and beyond). If you want a stress-free, professional move anywhere in the UK, look no further!

Overall very good
Evelina was great and helpful with our questions. The moving guys were also on time and helpful. However, only point I would say is that they did not move a TV (and some other smaller items) as they said they did not have space in the van. Luckily we were close to the new house so could take them ourselves. My concern was that when they arrived to load there was already a wardrobe in the van which took up the space that would have allowed for at least the TV to be taken. Evelina said that they have to leave space for essential items for safety etc, which I understand, but the wardrobe in the van wasn't one of those. I haven't had a response to that comment so expect I was right. The best price though for sure and apart from this issue, a good service.

Home Removal
On the morning of our move our removal company did not arrive at the agreed time. After much back and forth they cancelled, every movers worst nightmare! It was Halloween & half term weekend, so was really worrying about what to do. After making some calls we came across ASP Transport & Removals & Storage. Evelina was so helpful from the get go, they had transport available and was able to get a team to us within an hour. Peter & Jerry arrived quickly & had us all packed up within just over two hours. Then got us all unpacked at our new home, working slightly late into the evening. We are so grateful to ASP for their quick, efficient, professional response & their support on the day. Just nothing was too much trouble, a great team. I couldn’t recommend them enough, & although I don’t plan on moving again any time soon, If I did I would definitely use ASP again 😁
