We had a transfer out of old machine and new one installed. They were on time, efficient and liaised with our local IT administrator to makes sure the change had minimal impact to staff and their workloads.
Have always found the customer service team to be be polite, friendly and efficient.

I’m extremely disappointed with ASL. They continue to chase me for payment for a service they’ve failed to provide — despite multiple emails from my side and confirmation (Ticket #171175) that my complaint has been received. Not once have they acknowledged or responded to my concerns.
It feels like they are ignoring legitimate issues and hoping customers will just pay to stop the harassment. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
I would not recommend using this company — if something goes wrong, they go silent.

We've been using ASL for a number of years now and been very happy with the service and support. It therefore made sense to continue with them when we needed to replace our existing MFP devices.
The process required ASL to liaise with our IT service provider to ensure the necessary SW was installed on all PCs, as well as testing the Cloud capabilities of the new print management system; all this happened with minimal involvement from ourselves.
On the day of the install everything went smoothly and as planned, with minimal disruption to users, the ASL team working around them and their work priorities. The new devices have worked flawlessly since but we also know we have good support available from ASL if needed.

We have a contract with ASL for printing requirements where toner replacements are on an automatic reorder system. Unfortunately the system doesn't work and not for the first time we have been left without toner and unable to print for over a week. We did call initially to request the toner but the computer said no, so it wasn't dispatched. After many phone calls and email correspondence we did eventually receive the required toner but not before we had to pay additional costs to get urgent printing done elsewhere. We asked for our order trigger points to be raised from 5% to 10% but this was declined so we have no faith that the issue wont arise again.
The customer services advisor really tried to help us but the issue is systemic of the process with no flexibility to meet customer needs.
Please note the response from asl suggests the issue was with the courier . It wasn’t . It was asl not allowing our reorder levels to be lowered and not acting upon our advise that we had no toner until their system showed what we were experiencing. We have had the same issue this week being 2 months later. Their response is misleading which is disappointing

We ordered a new photocopier from ASL, who provided us with our old copier, and from ordering to the delivery, ASL was very efficient.
We would highly recommend them to other companies requiring new equipment.
