Poor Service and Questionable Business Practices.
Our experience with this Asiatech company has been extremely disappointing. Beyond the unreliable product and slow, often non-existent customer support, we encountered what felt like deceptive practices from the owners themselves.

Billing was inconsistent, promises made during onboarding were never fulfilled, and attempts to get clarity or accountability were ignored. It’s hard not to feel like this company is more focused on taking your money than providing a real, functioning service.

Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution. There are far more trustworthy and competent alternatives out there.

Never use this service once you give your OTA data you will loose your customer base and they will charge you money for leaving this company and take your logins password back

A worst and weakest company who only make you fool. Marketing team person will call you more than 5 time in a day to take their software and do promise for many things. There are many unnecessary and very limited options those are not relevant as well. If you negotiate they will play a nice game with you, example, they will cut some good options and make you fool that they are offering same package in same rate. And after that they will call you more than 2 time in a minute to buy that new package.
Team in very non-supportive and everyone is Manager there. They even do not care about your need. They only count money.

We are overall happy with Asiatech Hospitality Solutions services for the channel manager. We are using its Channel Manager & website development services. Channel manager software is upto date & easy to use & they provide regular assistance at every step from start till the end. Excellent work there.

However, in website development improvements are needed in the services, designing as well as the method of communication with the web development team.

Would definitely recommend them for Channel Manager but not for website development.

I Have been using their software since last 3 years and regular updates are always being provided on a regular a regular basis which really helps to keep pace with the latest technology in the hospitality industry.
