Outstanding service from Maria, our kitchen designer at Ashley Ann's Edinburgh showroom. She went above and beyond to deliver a beautifully designed kitchen and bathrooms that exceeded our expectations while staying within budget. Maria's expertise, attention to detail, and innovative design solutions transformed our space into something both stunning and highly functional. The quality of materials and workmanship was exceptional, and the entire renovation process was seamlessly managed. Highly recommend Ashley Ann and specifically requesting Maria for anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation. Absolutely delighted with the results!

When I first stepped into Ashley Ann, I was pretty sure we couldn't afford it...everything was just SO BEAUTIFUL. But we asked for a quote anyway, because... a girl can dream, right?
When Maria showed us the design we were simply blown away. Everyone else we talked to was just slotting units into place on a diagram... Maria is a designer. She came up with a solution to an awkward corner that makes the space so much more useable AND what was once a dark corner is now a feature! We really wanted Ashley Ann, but we were still worried about affording it. But Maria really LISTENED... to our budget and to what was important. She didn't let me fall in love with any piece that was going to be unaffordable, she suggested alternatives until we found a good solution.
Then came installation--you hear so many bad stories--but I cannot say enough good things about Sara and her team at 168 Interiors! Pavel and Pavel were great to work with--great at communicating and giving me options. Any small issue I had was resolved quickly--Sara wanted me to be thrilled with the result, not just say "that's good enough". Again, the team worked with me to make sure I knew the cost of any of the "little extra" asks and believe it or not we came in just under budget for the whole project!

We received excellent service from start to finish. Carrie Ann and her team were all very professional and made our experience of having a new kitchen fitted stress free. They have excellent design skills, listen to what you want/ do not want and have great kitchen fitters who take pride in their work. Any small snagging issues were quickly attended to.

We were very pleased with Gavin, the designer and especially pleased by the attention to detail of John the fitter. It was just a shame that Gavin could not provide the views from our windows to be as good as those on his computer screen!

I was very happy with my service from Ashley Ann from start to finish. They are probably not the most budget friendly choice out there but I chose them because I knew they were able to offer good quality products and they have a good reputation for customer service. Thankfully they did not disappoint. They were able to draw up plans for our new bathroom quickly as we were on a bit of a deadline. We decided a last minute change in vanity unit, and on delivery there was small chip in one of our products- both these issues were resolved immediately. Tammy our designer was professional and helpful throughout the process. I felt very much valued as a customer and our new bathroom is stunning. I would definitely use Ashley Ann again and recommend to others

I found Ashley Ann by accident but very happy I did! I was renovating a holiday home in North Berwick which required a complete new kitchen and five new bathrooms which also required a full rip out of the old and the creation of new spaces knocking out walls and building new ones. Karen in their Fenton Barns showroom was a delight to deal with. She introduced me to new ideas to make my kitchen and bathrooms smarter, with clever storage ideas and better tech and inspired me with materials and finishes whilst also embracing my own ideas on tiles and colours for example. And as a designer myself I know I can be a tricky customer but we worked really well as a team. What was great about the process was that all the concepts were drawn up as very accurate and lifelike computer renders making decisions simple which also included line by line, item by item, cost break downs in real time. So I could see what any change was doing to my bank balance! Two other little but important things: First when we bought the house it included many old appliances and fixtures. Instead of taking everything to the tip, Karen posted all the items on Gumtree and we managed to sell everything and give the proceeds to a local charity. And secondly, in a project as big as this there are inevitably mishaps. There were with mine but whatever they were there was no argy bargy or defensive attitude... just a solution and a positive action to sort. I would definitely recommend.

Scott from the Glasgow showroom assisted with choices for our kitchen. His expertise and knowledge was excellent. Nothing was too much bother and follow up customer service was great.
Quality of kitchen units are of a particularly high end standard & workmanship. Fitters arrived promptly, polite and helpful. Kitchen delivered and fitted as scheduled. Would highly recommend AshleyAnn

Absolutely delighted with our kitchen. The service and attention to detail was outstanding and would highly recommend Ashley Ann kitchens.
In particular the store manager Michael guided us with ideas,
suggestions and most importantly listening. The design process was great and the quality of the product is excellent. Many thanks, we have the kitchen we were hoping for and are so pleased to have found this company.

When I went to have a look for ideas for a new kitchen to the Inverness Showroom, I met Kelly, who made the process so easy, we worked together to design a kitchen that works for us, Kelly was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, our joiners said it was by far the easiest kitchen they have ever fitted.

The communication was excellent. The order process was very smooth & delivery was scheduled exactly as requested. Sales staff (Ursula Carlton) worked with the fitter to make sure they got the best outcome for me.

Great service from the design and local branch, but in the end over 30% more expensive. Emailed to say we had not selected them, and a few days later a sales director called. He didn't even know what they had quoted for, waffled on, told him over 30% too expensive, even if we took a direct installation through the installers company. Called ended then a little while later he called again, I told him I was busy but he just kept talking, offering nothing different from the last call. A total waste of time, I hung up the phone and blocked his number.

The design and layout from Carrie Ann has made our kitchen fit our needs in a cooking and sociable space as an addition to our existing kitchen. The units are outstanding high end workmanship and quality. Carrie Ann matched the units and colour perfectly. Her expertise and knowledge has given us just what we needed to complete our kitchen. Safe to say we are more than happy to have chosen Ashley Ann for this project.

Very experienced and knowledgeable sale staff.Who gave great advice and assistance from choosing the kitchen and finished design layout.
The only reason not 5 stars is that agreed timescales were not met due to countertop supplier being let down by their supplier.However this did not drag on and was resolved and fitted very quickly soon after.

Very pleased with results.
Measuring and fitting done on the dates we requested.
Accommodated a last minute change of hob.
Slight lack of clarity over who does what regarding coordination of other trades.

The quality of work and the calibre of tradesmen plus the materials employed were all good. Only criticism was the scheduling which took much longer than expected. Fortunately, it did not create too big a problem due to our flexible circumstances.

I bought an Ashley Ann kitchen around 5 years ago which I still love. We recently had an issue with it that needed sorted. Despite the passage of time Ashley Ann still remedied the issue to my satisfaction which not all companies would have done. Excellent customer service.

I'm completely delighted with my Ashley Ann kitchen and that is largely down to Maria from the Edinburgh Showroom, who understood exactly what I was after. I had shopped around and spoken to other kitchen designers, but Maria was the only designer who 'got it' and understood what I wanted and was able to transfer that into a beautiful kitchen design which didn't cost the earth. I now have the most gorgeous kitchen and my friends all go 'Wow!' when they see it! I would 100% recommend Ashley Ann.

Good service, good fitting, good resolution of all queries

The Aberdeen team provided a great service and installed a new shower room in a fairly old traditional flat. Bethany came up with a neat design for an awkward shaped room. Paul did a super job on the installation. It was not an easy job but, for us, it was completely hassle free. We are very happy with the modern clean look.
