Beth from the Edinburgh office was straightforward and took the time to produce a thoughtful design for our new kitchen.

The quality of the installed units, the plumbing, electrics & tiling are all excellent.

There were more minor issues than you expect from a premium company. The installation took 7 weeks rather than the stated 3 weeks. There was almost no communication from the Ashley Ann fitters during this extended period. Some snagging not adequately addressed. Post-installation photoshoot (optional) made a mess, etc.

Poor customer service and it felt like they treated people differently. The final product did not match the original design. There were delivery delays and missing or broken parts. The poorly fitting door was explained away by the fact that it was just our imagination. The "specialist" who came to check it was rude in our own home. They were unable to fix the fault and only agreed to check again after a formal complaint procedure. It turned out to be their fault (wrong door hinges) and they finally fixed it and apologised, but the whole experience was awful. Would not recommend this store. Compared to what we received from Hammonds previously, the difference is like heaven and earth.

Several years ago I had a double wardrobe installed in my main bedroom by Ashley Ann and I was delighted by the quality of the units and the professionalism of the company. When I needed a second double wardrobe and bookcase for the back room I didn't think twice about going back to the Perth team. All were so friendly and helpful and
John, the installer, did an amazing job and cleared up beautifully after the work was completed.

Scot from the Glasgow branch of Ashley Ann has been extremely helpful from start to finish on our order. So much so we used the Glasgow branch over our local one in Stirling. Attention to detail and communication with our fitters was fantastic not to mention how happy we are with our new kitchen. Very happy customers and would highly recommend.

Allyson was very good in both the design phase of the kitchen and helping us to resolve any issues during the kitchen being fitted.

Maria at Ashley Ann was very helpful and very patient as the design of my kitchen changed several times for various reasons including cost, hidden problems with my old kitchen, and my stubbornness over giving up my long-desired American-style fridge-freezer due to space limitations. However I was really pleased with the final design and, post installation, it looks stunning.

Many thanks too to Sara and her team at 168 Interiors who did the fitting. Again very patient with me over the changing design - even coming out with Maria on a Sunday in order to finalise it. Brilliant job.

Perhaps a bit more time could have been spent with me on things like additional cupboard fittings as, post installation, one or two cupboards could do with some form of pull-out storage - as an inexperienced kitchen buyer these were some of the things I hadn't thought of and maybe needed a bit more guidance. However I can revisit those in a year or two as I need to buy a new hob and oven - two of the items I'd omitted in order to keep costs down - and I will certainly be going back to Ashley Ann for help with that.

We chose Ashley Ann because our existing kitchen had been fitted by you so we wanted the new units to match. We had very helpful advice from Beth Blair regarding the new matching units and about how they would fit in. Now that everything has been installed we are delighted with the outcome. The original design by Cala was for it to be a dining kitchen but we wanted a working kitchen with a breakfast bar and that is now what we have.

The level of guidance and care shown to meet customer needs exceptional.

Sophie at AA was lovely to deal with. Knowledgeable, efficient and good at communicating. The kitchen units are excellent quality and the appliances are exactly what we wanted.
The only flaw is with the delivery company they use - I would recommend triple checking the timings but other than that, go to Ashley Ann!

Having had Ashley Ann install all the kitchens in our Cala home/estate 9 years ago, they’be subsequently done additional work over the years including a kitchen upgrade, fitted bedroom wardrobes & just recently, a media wall. Jill knocks it out the park each time with her designs, tweaking along the way (multiple times!) to get the end result to the budget each time. Workmen on site are always spot on and know what they’re doing.

Maria from the Edinburgh office designed our kitchen. She was incredibly helpful and lovely throughout the entire process, and everything was taken care of swiftly.

We decided to go with Ashley Ann after meeting and receiving quotes from multiple kitchen suppliers. Ashley Ann were the most pleasant to meet with, and did not use aggressive sales tactics to try and get us to commit. They have very reasonable prices for much higher quality materials and workmanship.

On our first visit to Ashley Ann in Aberdeen Joanne promised to give us a kitchen we would love.

She listened to what we wanted and presented her design. We made some changes with appliances along the way and she redesigned to accommodate this and was on hand to help with all aspects of our kitchen.
Our fitter, Harry and his team were great, very professional and never forgot that they were working in someone’s home. We had a small issue with our worktops and Joanne and Harry got the company to come back and fix the problem very quickly.
Great quality kitchen and manufactured in Scotland which also helped us make our decision to have an Ashley Ann kitchen.

Going back to the beginning, Joanne delivered on her promise, we absolutely love our kitchen and would recommend Ashley Ann to anyone.

Ashley Ann proved the perfect partner for our kitchen redesign.
Our designer Scott impressed us with his advice and creative solutions to maximising the amount of storage space and work top area. His addition of a peninsula workstation to the plan solved a long-standing issue with the kitchen.
Installation was straightforward and of a very high standard, the fitters solving any issues that arose quickly and without fuss.
The units and worktops are of very high quality, and the overall finish was to a very high standard.

After a period of over thirty years we finally decided it was time to replace our old pine kitchen. Visits to a range of kitchen suppliers over several months followed and we eventually decided on Ashley Ann. We were impressed not only by the high quality of workmanship and the wide range of units, worktops and appliances on display, but also the help and guidance offered by staff. We particularly thank Peyton for her professional advice in design and planning, and John for expertly and carefully installing the units and providing additional advice. We have recently had an Ashley Ann kitchen fitted which we are absolutely delighted with! We were recommended Ashley Ann by our architect and when we visited the Stirling showroom we were impressed with the quality of their products. We also liked that Ashley Ann is a family run, Scotland based company with much of the manufacturing undertaken in Wick. Carrie Ann’s design was brilliant and she gave very attentive customer service. The fitters Jonny (and his team) were fantastic to work with, and showed great attention to detail. Would highly recommend Ashley Ann if you are looking to get a new kitchen!
