Very bad customer service
I purchased an item from this store. Bloomingville Moony bookcase and they confirmed they were getting the item ready to ship.
However they then emailed and said the item would take four to six weeks which I agreed to.
The item is still for sale on the website shipping within 10 days but they are now saying the item won't be with me until Jan.
Very disappointed.

If an item suddenly runs out of stock, the lead time will depend on our supplier's stock availability or production capacity, which varies as well. Nevertheless, we always try our best to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time, with as few delays as possible. Once again, we apologize for your experience with us.
