Excellent way to rent
Ascend properties made renting a brand new house so easy, quick and affordable with great support from their team. Any problems are easily dealt with with their tenants portal (not that we have any report) and requests are answered quickly. Added to this we got two months free rent to start with and a £250 voucher which came in very useful. Highly recommend,

Faye Newton the Senior Property manager has always handled all my occasional issues swiftly and professionally making the whole experience or renting out my property totally painless...
I have recently been away and several things I have needed to do for a remortgage, well above and beyond what you would expect your property manager to do and she has handled everything for me perfectly ... so i could achieve what i needed to do .... couldn't ask for more !!
