I received the packet with intructions, prepaid envelope, wipes and sample bags 24h after placing the order so I then prepared the sample and sent it via 48h tracked.
After waiting 1 week i thought it was a scam but i emailed them and they answered promptly with the test results. The test is genuine as it is done by North Star Environmental Ltd which is licensed by UKAS.
They did the job and it was cheap but i have to remove 1 star for having to email.

My testing kit arrived very quickly after ordering and results were sent only a couple days after I had sent my samples off! Team couldn't have been more helpful and answered all my questions - would recommend for anyone looking for a cheaper alternative!

Didn't receive results. Had email contact, they claimed it had been lost in the post and promised to send out a new kit, which has not arrived.

Avoid - No results received. No response to emails. No contact telephone number.

Having taken a punt on this website and seen the previous poor review, I felt I need to share my positive experience. I ordered the kit on the Friday, it arrived on the Monday. It's a basic kit, but has what you need. I sent the sample off on the Monday and received my results by email on the Friday, which I thought was a very good service for £20, compared to all the other businesses offering the same service (but with unnecessary add-ons) for £50+. I would happily use them again, although I hope I don't have to. It is a basic website and kit, and you should probably check your spam inbox as that is where their first email to me went, but I really can't fault the service or value.

Asbestos kit came in post really quick to my house, the problem is that I have sent it back straight away and I haven’t heard anything back from you and the contact option on your website doesn’t work at all
