Only someone who meets the threshold of being a professor—and has published at least four papers—is granted approval.
I don’t know what kind of "mafia" this is, supposedly controlling research and free access to knowledge.
It’s an absolute disgrace—this place should be shut down. And to think this is happening in the United States—at the height of its glory!
