Una jornada muy agradable en la que pude disfrutar de la exposición con obras de estilos muy diferentes y llamativas.
Estaban algunos de los artistas con los que se pudo compartir ideas y que nos detallaban la visión personal de sus obras.

Esperábamos mayor calidad
En primer lugar, decir que estamos contentos con el trato de Arvivid y el trabajo del artista, el problema lo encontramos en el packaging.
El print nos llegó en una carpeta de cartón, envuelto únicamente en papel maché y además con las esquinas un tanto estropeadas (dobladas). Lo mínimo que esperábamos después de pagar casi cien euros por la obra era una entrega correcta. Quizás se podría cuidar mucho más el envío si en vez de envolver el print en papel maché, este viniera dentro de una buena funda dentro de la caja (ya sea otro cartón o plástico reciclado) Por otro lado, se podría valorar una tarjeta de agradecimiento o de información sobre el o la artista de la obra, teniendo en cuenta que la obra no viene si quiera firmada. Esto perfectamente podría pasar por un print cualquiera impreso de internet.
Para lo que es esta iniciativa artística se espera un poco más de cariño, porque al final detrás de estos cuadros hay personas que ponen su pasión en la obra, y personas que se emocionan con ellas.
La finalidad de este comentario es estrictamente constructiva, pues esperamos que pueda ayudar a la empresa a mejorar su servicio. Muchas gracias.

Hola Alejandra, gracias por tu feedback. Lamentamos saber que el print que compraste no se haya entregado con el nivel de cuidado que nos gustaría tener. El print llegó dañado o fue solo el envoltorio? Querríamos aclarar que siempre tienes 14 días de devolución o cambio si contactas con nosotros a info@arvivid.com. La verdad es que es la primera vez que hemos tenido este problema, y la calidad del papel e impresión es la misma que viste en la tienda. Queremos hacer todo lo posible para que puedas disfrutar del arte.
Por otro lado, la compra que realizaste es una print de edición abierta, que no viene firmado por la artista. Sólo las ediciones limitadas vienen firmadas por el artista.
