Never delivered, after SEVERAL requests
They are advertising all over Instagram repeatedly asking people to complete form for 6 samples. Ordered samples. They never delivered (been 6 weeks). I asked several times where samples were. Never delivered just sending me repeat spam sales emails circ 4 x per week.

The grass arrived quickly customer service called to make sure delivery time was ok. They also called when I ordered the samples to double check it fitted my needs. The grass is really nice I fitted it myself and it was easy to cut. They even sent instructions with the samples. Now I’ve just got to hope it lasts as long as they say it will.

Thank you for your kind review. I can see that you had a roll end of the 38mm Superior. This will have been rolled tight for some time and as this grass is super dense and great quality, it sometimes needs more than a standard brush up. Try a power brush if you can which will lift the pile and give you great 5 star results.

We purchased having had lots of samples from various other companies, we were really happy with the service from start to finish. The ordering process was straight forward, with a delivery date given very quickly for the following week. The delivery itself we had a reminder in the morning as well as a text when it was on its way, (the only possible improvement would be at that point to give an estimated arrival time). Friendly delivery guy. We’re really happy with the grass itself so far and look forward to seeing how it weathers over the coming months! As it stands we would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family!

Next to real grass you can't tell the difference
Absolutely outstanding quality easy to lay fast delivery ( very happy polite Ashley the driver) only drawback is I didn't find it along time ago my garden now looks superb with evergreen low maintenance lawn best value for money I ever bought recommend to anyone give em a go you won't regret it or look back.
