We were pleased with the way AE acted…
We were pleased with the way AE acted towards us when in error they sold us a plant which was out of stock. We chose another and they gave us money off. Unfortunately FedEx let them down with a very damaged box on delivery - fortunately our plant is fine! Customer service is very good and the artificial plant is great.

Best artificial plants I have found!
I ordered a selection of plants from Artificial Elegance as I am officially Dr. Death with the real articles! They arrived quickly, very well packed and look absolutely fantastic. The Boston Fern is amazingly realistic! I am so happy with them all as they make my room look so much fresher and more welcoming. I am looking forward to going back for more!

It’s all about “The regency”
Well what can I say, I am so over the moon with my regency planter in matte white. So Elegant, and has really added the final touch to the roof Terrace “artificialedenuk” thank you, from their range, the buying process and the delivery I couldn’t recommend them any higher. Outstanding. Thanks again.
Warmest regards
