Very pleased with the rose agate and lapis lazuli necklaces bought as gifts to go with bracelets previously purchased. They are delicate and very pretty.

I ordered an Amber and Turquoise Kingfisher pendant - quick email response to say it was no longer available in that size and to offer an alternative size - speedy delivery too.

I've purchased from Artico before as they have a good range of items at reasonable prices. This year my wife wanted another pair of stud earrings and I ordered these a few weeks ago. Then Royal Mail strikers disrupted the whole postal system just at the busiest time (and promptly screwed their jobs for good), and Artico could have held up their hands and said "not our fault Guv". That they didn't and decided to hand deliver their regional orders is outstanding customer service and care. Too often TrustPilot is full of complaints and negatives, but this is a five star plus effort. Its quite a way to drive from their shop in Hertfordshire to my home in Suffolk so all I can say is, these people deserve your custom. My wife will be more than delighted with her present too!
