Ordered over 6 weeks ago and not received goods or any communications - online chat is hopeless.
I made an order on 13/03 - and have still NOT yet received my order - although the website status seems to be updating, I have had NO COMMUNICATIONS other than my Order Confirmation. Online chat is hopeless - and despite emailing 3 separate email accounts - these are ALL failing! leaving me no alternative but to try here!
I am getting really concerned that I'm not going to receive my order which was placed 13/03/26, can someone please contact me and provide a realistic update, or alternatively a refund?
I have tried to email the below, one from your Order Confirmed Email, and the other from your Online Chat Services - and both have failed, as has the email confirmation one.

I have communicated via Online Chat 3 times now, and only once was the agent helpful and advised my product was in production, I have also been advised to go to Website and communicate with my Account Manager, which I see no option to do!
