Paid for my order and 10 days later it was not shipped. Once Art3d was notified, they discovered their error but instead of upgrading my shipment (as promised), they shipped it ground. VERY poor customer service.

The tile is high quality and totally changed our kitchen. We are not DYI people but handyman said easy to install. Do not hesitate to purchase this tile.

I was able to change my order without issue and got a refund for the price difference. The shipment did get delayed though so I had to reschedule my contractor, but now the back splash is up and looks beautiful

The price point was great and the shipping was fast...perfect for our renovation. I wish there were more color variations of the stone panels with that natural texture, like a charcoal gray and a creamy white.

I ordered 8 cases of wall tiles, totaling $384.00 Their website misrepresented the square footage of the tiles, insinuating that each tile covered 23.25 sq ft, when the entire box covers 23.25 sq ft, this caused me to calculate the sq ft needed incorrectly.
Upon receiving, on Feb 19th, I emailed and explained that due to the way their dimensions were worded on their website, insinuated that the square footage was grated then what it was. They apologized for the confusion their website caused and provided a return address. I took all 8 cases into UPS, and it was going to be over $250 to return shipping. I called the contact number, and they said they could not help and that I needed to email customer service for a return label. Unfortunately, it takes roughly 24-48 hours for a response. I requested a return label, and they responded giving me the option to keep and offered a partial refund. Communications with this company are terrible and customer service is nonexistent. The customer takes the liability if their website is incorrect. I am responsible to pay $125 shipping to return due to their misrepresentation. I would avoid doing business with ART3D, as this has been impossible to rectify, and I am out a lot of money due to their false advertisement. I feel I should warn others of their practices since I cannot get them to take responsibility, I plan to create a Better Business Bureau complaint to warn others not to make the same mistake I did by doing business with them.

Great customer service! I ordered a case of tile for a project. Realized I was short about 3 tiles, so I went on the website and ordered another case. About a week later, I received 1 tile instead of 1 case. I contacted them immediately and told them what happened. Told them I only needed 2 more tiles, so if they could send me 2 more and send me a prorated credit, I would be very happy. That's exactly what they did! No negotiating, arguing anything! Great customer service!

I had made a large order, then customer service sent an email asking if they could send one box to make sure the tiles worked and were what I was looking for before sending all 10 huge boxes. I ended up loving them, so I sent another email letting them know it was safe to send the rest of my order. I received them promptly. Much appreciated, great responsiveness and communication. Thank you!

I place the order in temu after days I was expected to get a tracking number, When I ask to speed the process through temu, he cancel the orders.

Product arrived on time. Shipping was higher than what I was used to, because I usually purchased from Amazon, but all of the sudden I couldn't find this particular tile anywhere, and it's very popular. I couldn't imagine it was out of production. Luckily I found it here on the sellers website.

I was told I would receive a refund for tiles that were not the same color as the previous tiles I purchased. However, I am still waiting for my refund or a response to several emails I sent inquiring about my refund. Emails I sent earlier regarding address issues were answered right away. This is not the way to get a good review. Please send my refund. Thank you.
