Garage to house is easier
The stairlift that was installed in the garage to the house is great. It has been so much easier for my husband to be able to get into the house and to his car in the morning. The man that installed this one was very professional and patient with teaching me and answering my questions. I am very much looking forward to the second stairlift.

It wasn't great but it was good. Problem was trying to receive responses from company customer service or sales people. Sometimes you need an answer now, not a couple of days from now.

Stairway glide for a joyful experience
We chose Arrow Lift because my husband has back issues. Blake was the installer and he’s was absolutely great. After the installation he had my husband do a test ride up and down. He’s very happy about this. The chair is comfortable and feels secure. Best decision ever.

My salesman was awesome but when the installers showed up they didn't bring all the parts to install. They did install one unit and said it was ready to go but when I tried to use the chair today go up the stairs it stopped and kept beeping. They are supposed to be coming out to finish and fix it tomorrow.

Callout to Tyler Oldham and his excellent service.
Wanted to take minute to call out the excellent service and follow up by Tyler Oldham from Arrowlift. From the moment we connected to discuss the possibility of getting a stairlift, that would be funded by Medi-cal, he worked diligently and explored every angle possible to try to make this happen for us. Even when we ran into roadblocks he continued to make himself available to discuss options. While in the end we weren’t able to make it happen, due to Medi-Cal’s budget limitations, his empathy, compassion and determination to help us was so appreciated. He is an exceptional young man.
