Highly recommend

Attentive service with helpful advice and efficient installation (including coming back to adjust a setting). The chair is great.

Great chair

The installer, I think his name was Rodney, was very courteous and worked quickly. The chair is amazing and has helped my dad and lot.

Caught in the middle …

Measurements were taken several times and took months for completion. The vendor decided to discontinue installation for customers. I was forced to get another installer and this resulted in paying middle man fees. It was a few thousand dollars more.

It’s unfortunate that the original vendor wasn’t able to see things through, and we understand how disruptive and disappointing that kind of uncertainty can be, especially when it results in unexpected added costs. Taking the reins on another vendor's project often presents challenges for us as well. In this case, the original vendor—who is no longer in business—quoted you a price that was far too low. We did our best to accommodate, even relaxing our prices to the point that we didn't make a profit on this sale, but we were unfortunately not able to go lower than the price we gave you. We certainly understand how frustrating the situation must have been for you, but we hope you can understand where we're coming from as well.

Although we weren’t part of the original process, we’re grateful we had the opportunity to help get the project across the finish line for you. If there’s ever anything more we can do for you in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Bruno Stair Lift

When we ordered our stair lift on 3/19/25 we were told they don't stock the unit, it takes 7 to 10 business days to get the unit and then installation within 1 or 2 days. On 3/20/25 we received a call that they had a unit in the warehouse and installation was scheduled for 3/21/25. The gentleman arrived to do the installation on 3/21/25 and after about 2 hours he had bad news. The chair he had was for installation on the right side and ours was on the left side. So, he left with the track installed awaiting a chair. We called a number of times to see when they expected to get the chair, but no one could give a good answer (evidently the person who normally does this was on vacation then sick). Installation was eventually completed on 4/10/25, 16 workdays after purchase. Most frustrating about this was the lack of communication from Arrow Lift, we could deal with installation about twice as long as "promised". After installation was completed we found some grease spots on the stair carpet and the unit seems noisy (like a "quiet locomotive). We are waiting a little longer to touch base with Arrow Lift about these things.

One person did it all.

Exactly as publicised. Installed on time, the lift is very quiet and works beatifully. Furthermore, one person did all the installation. We live in downtown, where parking is scarce and a hassle. In this case there weren't any complains, the installer downloaded the materials and his tools, went to find some parking space, and did the work. Peace of mind.

Finally install

The measurement was inaccurate twice in 2 differents occasion. And every time we had to wait 2 month to get the product. Another word we waist 5 month to finally get our stair lift install.
Stannah cop did not make right for us for the inconvenience and delay.

The installers did a great job

The installers did a great job. They answered all questions. They were pleasant. We had a couple of minor glitches and came back a couple of days later. Hard to find things that don't happen all the time. They took off every cover and checked all of the connections and replaced a switch. No problems since.

Very satisfied.

Arrow's representative came to our home on time. He examined the stairs, throughly explained the installation procedure, and cost. We had familiarized ourselves with the quality of the Stannah chair lift before we contacted them. The installer was competent and a delight to have in our home. We have used the stair lift for a few weeks and we are very satisfied.
