Poor customer service and poor quality MREs
Listed as past inspection date the case of mres seemed like a good deal, sadly though they were all spoiled on arrival and not able to be eaten due to the health risks posed(spoiled mains with a rancid smell and fruit smoothies that looked like valve grease). I contacted support and right away was basically shrugged off by vicky cloud (the supervisor) and told "they still have protein in them". She was rude and just not very helpful at all like i was causing her pain by making her do her job or something. Was also told we have that listed on the website which i did read before hand and no where does it say spoiled. After a week or so of back and forth upper managment decided to refund the order if i sent in a picture of all of the mres destroyed. Ok so i sent a video and photo of them destroyed as requested and then im told oh theres only 9 not 12 so we will refund 75% of the cost. Well i told them previously id opened 3 to check and they were spoiled on the day of the package arriving but i guess she forgot or couldnt go back in our emails to read. Overall the lady who assisted me was rude and hard to work with on the most basic of issues. I would advise anyone who doesnt have time to mess with customer service go else where for your mres. The gloves i ordered are cool but getting sold spoiled mres is just not the way to go so one star.

In the past I had good luck with ANO but my last 2 clothing orders are sorely lacking in QC. Im small and bought frog thermo underwear and they were stretched out so bad a 300lber could have worn them. The replacement they sent was still too big, gave them to my son inlaw. 3 pk of long johns and 2 of them had broken zippers. No more clothes from them.

I ordered from here thinking I would recieve service from veterans, well I was wrong. Should have came here first to check but they got me with the price of the item I wanted. At this point its been almost a month and I've been given a faulty tracking number, that was to a home a state away. Then I was told by a "senior rep" Vicky that she reached out to the warehouse for a correct tracking number and she never got back to me. She said your order is still in transit. I recieve multiple online orders monthly and at most, with even the cheapest shipping, it takes a week. My order never shipped, they still have it. I have sent probably 2 dozen emails and got 2 responses. One from a worker and one from senior rep Vicky. This is a disgrace, and calling their company ArmyNavyOutdoors is a shame to veterans. Never again will I trust a company because they back the military and the flag, because obviously there is shady people out there who use it to their advantage. That's shameful in itself. Today I've asked for an absolute answer or a refund. We will see where that goes. I also have a letter from my post office where I gave them the tracking number that ANO gave me, my post office told me I was a "victim of fraud" and to reach out for further help with it. I sent this to ANO and they said oh you were given the wrong tracking number. Yet I wasn't given the correct one!
Take your business elsewhere, I have little faith my issue will be resolved, especially seeing all of these other reviews now. If this review gets to them, I didnt want this. I do not like doing things like this but when you take money from hard working people they expect their product, and not months later.

False Advertising about In-stock Shipping in 1-3 days
Tried to call customer service before placing an order to confirm product was in stock but was forced to leave a voicemail (no option to stay on the line). This was a red flag but I placed the order. Got a call from "management" and they confirmed my product was in stock BUT the warehouse that it was shipping from was taking 7-14 days (despite the promise of a 1-3 shipping if in stock as noted on their website AND just prior to checkout!). I told them this was false advertising and wanted to cancel my order and was given every excuse in the book about COVID and lack of staff, etc. This so-called "manager" hung up on me before the call was completed! Go elsewhere if you value ever seeing what you paid for and demand true customer service.
You pay return shipping on clothes
I ordered a sweater on sale using their size chart. Not even close, like wearing a python. I e mailed for a shipping label but found out I have to pay for return shipping. They are by far the most expensive supply house. I will buy no more clothing from McGuires

This Military Surplus Store has Sadly & Disgracefully now become nothing more then a GREEDY, Money Hungry, HIGHLY OVERPRICED Used Military Surplus Dealer! From a Wise Old Army Supply Clerk.....The "Price Markup" on the Used & NIB Items they are Selling is approx 200%! Many Used Surplus items are actually MORE EXPENSIVE then what the U.S. Goverment Paid for them New??! I recommend going to your Local Military Surplus Dealers, where you can typically get a Much Better (cheaper) Price on Many of the Same Items! You also get to Inspect the items on the spot before Purchasing Online, Paying Too Much, and then Discovering that the Advertised Quality/Condition of the item(s) you ordered are in Poor or Damaged Condition! Their System & High Prices are even more of a Direct Insult to the Military Veteran's who Have Proudly Served our Nation! Do Something about this "Army-Navy-Outdoors", or Risk Losing both your Non-Veteran, and/or particulary Prior Veteran Customers! This is such Shameful GREED on Display!
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Their prices are great but if ANYTHING goes wrong the amount of run around you will deal with may not be worth the savings. Departments and people do not talk to each other and they evidently aren't willing to find out questions they don't know. You will have to explain your problem ten times, get four answers, and be told two of them are wrong by the next person. If they don't like what you have to say they will just ignore you. Not everything is in stock even when they say it is and there is no quality control. Still waiting on a refund for an item they sent me melted and with holes in it a month ago. Contacted them, they said they never recieved it. Showed them proof that they did and they said it would take at least ten days to process. I have ordered multiple times and spent over $500, I was testing to see if my group could trust them to handle larger orders. The answer is no.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Charged us $9.50 for 2 day shipping. It took 23 days. When I called CS their rude CSR basically told my wife it was her fault for ordering in December (it was actually November)....then when we wanted to return it because it was no longer needed they charged us again for shipping. Several calls and was I either stone walled or met with a rude response.
I'm a veteran which is why my wife chose to buy from them and this what we got. They hide behind the flag but it's all a lie.
We're out $18 on $44 dollar item that came a month late and was returned and were met with rudeness.
Do business with them at your own risk, If anything goes wrong you are on your own.
Outstanding Customer Service!
I bought a few items from ArmyNavyOutdoors.com because they had the best prices. The transaction went smoothly and quickly but there was a problem with FedEx's delivery of the items. I called Peter at ArmyNavyOutdoors.com, who couldn't have been more helpful, and the next day Matt called me to tell me that they had replaced the items at their expense. That's the best customer service that I've seen in a long time and those guys won me as a long-term customer.
Trust lost
I ordered three items. Two shipped and product is as described. Third never shipped. I mailed, and called with no satisfaction.
Not a reliable company. They Never returned my requests.
Don’t waste your money on this company
Don’t waste your money on this company. Product I ordered was wrong so after 3 days customer service finally contacted me back after two separate attempts to contact them. I sent the item back & I was resent the same exact item. Customer service then argued with me & told me I was wrong & the item shipped was different. The item I ordered cost more than the item sent.
Where are my gloves
Where are my gloves? I placed an order almost 2 months ago.. I tried to contact you via email address and phone call. Leaving this review and warning others was last resort. I’d advise against ordering from here.
