Ordered 14 days ago. No pants, no dispatch notification, no response to emails. Wondering if this is a scam.

Update: Response received, will update again when goods arrive.

2nd update. Pants arrived and are very nice indeed. Will purchase again.

I bought one pair to try them, liked them and ordered a few more. The 2nd order didn't arrive and Arlo Hudson didn't respond to any emails. I bought on a credit card and had the money refunded, so I was not unduly bothered. However, the original pair are literally falling apart at the seams. Poor quality.

The boxers are great at first. Lovely fit, good length, really soft material and the fly design is quite innovative.
Had an issue with tearing but have been reassured this is addressed and recent design has changed.

Customer service has been great. Contacted me after I left review and have changed their design so I look forward to trying the new build!

Stylish and comfortable underwear to begin with, but every pair does not last more than 6 months (if you’re lucky). I’ve followed wash and dry instructions, but the material becomes so thin and threadbare within a couple of months, that it makes no sense to invest in these products. Really disappointed that you end up throwing them away after such a short period of time.

Latest experience was much better than first experience just wish t-shirts were bit longer and bit baggier

Got tracking updates via e-mail which I never got with my previous order after receiving dispatch e-mail so overall much smoother process

After a stock hold up with my order I contacted Elliott and the whole thing was quickly settled with options. Hold my order till stock arrived in the country. Refund the order or take briefs in a different colour pathway. I chose the different colour (Space Grey) which also look great. The entire thing was rectified in no time. Many thanks Elliott.

Would never go back to another brand after wearing Arlo Hudson. The fabric is very smooth on the skin, and I never feel uncomfortable.
Pleased I stumbled upon this company, as they have been excellent every time I purchased. Have them in every colour. The boxer and the trunk are both a perfect fit.

Not usually one to write reviews but just wanted to share my experience as these boxers have been AMAZING.

I first bought these as a Christmas present for my fiancé last year and can honestly say that he loves these. Literally ever time he puts them on he tells me how comfy these are and how much softer these are than his old Calvin's. I can testament that the softness is so much better as he's been wearing these almost non stop and they've held up so much better than his other boxers.

He loves them so much I bought him a couple of the space grey ones for Christmas this year. The order process was faultless and they arrived exactly as expected from the website, within 2 days. Needless to say, he was a very happy bunny on Christmas day.

So, let's start with the quality: The product seemed great at first, very comfortable and stylish. I ordered 3 packs (9 pairs) of boxers.

After around 6 months, the boxers in the first pack started to wear down, the material was starting to wear thin and tear/break around the under-crotch area. At 8 months, the second pack started to break down around the waist band, strands of elastic are now falling out, and the boxers are not looking good.

Conclusion on quality: Does not stand the test of time - not impressed.

Next, Customer Service: Now this was atrocious. I emailed in and waited weeks for a reply in between every email I sent. They said that they would be happy to replace the worn pairs, and then never did.

They show a lack of care and look like a pretty small company. I have since given up emailing them and don't expect to ever be compensated for their poor-quality products.

I have now begun using Calvin Klein's Silky Range which is equally as comfortable and 10x better quality.

Love the underwear! I bought some for myself in the Black Friday sale and they are definitely my go-to brand from now on. I am a big fan of the horizontal fly, very clever. They came in nice environmentally friendly packaging too. Cheers!

So, order confirmed on 18th November; it never arrived. I contacted customer service on their Instagram and via email multiple times and was later reassured I would finally get my order + an extra pair of trunks to say sorry. This was now a month ago and nothing was ever shipped! Asked them to process my refund 4 days ago and that's also not being done. I understand they were having stock issues over Black Friday, but judging from other reviews on here they did manage to fulfil other orders since then - just not mine!

Update: I was refunded straight away after posting on here; afterwards, Elliot contacted me again to apologise and sent out a pair of complimentary trunks to add to the apology. Although things didn't quite work out with my order, I appreciated the effort and might purchase again in the future.

Perfect present for my boyfriend! I ordered the boxers in all colours (9 pack), and he loved the fit. It arrived quickly and was great value for money!

I don't often take the time to leave reviews but felt the need to this time around. Comfiest boxers I own and quickly delivered. Will be replacing my Calvins with these going forward.

Ordered 3 items on 23 November, took a negative review on here to get things sorted - product is super light and comfy, once the company we're alerted to the issue they moved quickly to resolve, but they seem to be beset by a lot of third party issues which resulted in a poor customer experience - if they can resolve these issues they'd get 5 stars.

I'll order again in a few months to see how things are as it's a good product, shame they were let down by others .

I ordered from the company website 21 days ago, and received the underwear 4 days later - fine.

After opening the package I realised that I needed to return the items and exchange them for a smaller waist size. However there was no return label in the package.
Straight away I emailed the company on both of the email addresses that are shown on their website, and I also messaged through the contact page. I asked them to send through a returns label so I could return the package to them, however it has been 17 days now since I first contacted them, and since then I have sent multiple messages to ask them to send me a address to return the package to. I am still waiting on a reply!
On the website it says that it will take up to 12 hours to reply!!

I just sent a email out today and got a reply - 17days after my first message to them! The customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Eventually the founder, Elliot replied with a return address, and he said that an exchange can be made, I just need to send the parcel to the given address.
I have asked, is it a Freepost address... waiting for a reply

The initial mistake was mine in that I accidentally ordered the wrong size. However, as soon as the confirmation email came through (within minutes), I spotted the mistake and sent an email so that the error could be corrected. The next time I heard from AH was to say that the order had been dispatched so I sent another email. The order arrived yesterday and I’ve sent a 3rd email asking how I should return the item. The customer service description says all enquiries will be answered within 12 hours 7 days a week so how come I’m still waiting 4 days later? I appreciate that the product might be good but the customer service is not. I now own a product that I can’t wear and no one is responding to my requests for help…

Genuinely the best underwear I've ever worn. No exaggeration.

I've worn Calvins for years and have tried pretty much every premium brand on the market. Someone bought Arlo Hudson for me as a gift and they're on another level.

I don't know what material they use but it's so soft it feels like you have nothing on.

They're also as durable as they come. Had them for 6 months and there's been no colour loss or anything.

I first bought Arlo Hudson Boxers a month ago and before that i would just wear any style of boxers, but since experiencing the comfort and design of the Arlo Hudson products I wont be going back. The overall fit and feel is so comfy and lightweight it really does feel like you’re not wearing anything as cliche as that sounds. Great product and i would absolutely recommend.

After seeing these guys on Facebook for a while, I decided to give them a go. For years I’ve been pretty loyal with Bjorn Borg but Arlo has certainly changed that! Really neat design with the horizontal fly, and the fabric is lovely. I’ll certainly be picking up a few more pairs!! Great work guys
