For too long, we have all fallen victim to "buying the brand" around our waist, with little to zero innovation in product design, transparency within the supply chain, or passion behind the product. We believe underwear is the fundamental core of any wardrobe, and should not be an afterthought. After two years of testing, learning and developing, we released our first range. Terrible customer service.
Messaged few times when did get reply say messages went it to spam but the messages they replied from before telling me they went in to spam was original message. They never answered my questions fully and then just stop replying. They are obviously not interested in customer service and helping customers. Other companies out there do better products with better customer service.
Only last 3 months
Very comfortable and great fit at first , but let down on quality and customer relations in a big way . After receiving my first couple of pairs was so impressed with them that ordered more but within 3 months they all fall apart . I contacted customer service they sent 2 pairs wrong size wrong colour as replacement all pairs are now in the bin waist band and crotch tears even on a 20 wash never had that happen before with any other brand very disappointed
THE most comfortable underwear
THE most comfortable underwear I have ever owned and it will be hard for me to switch to anything else. I had a rip in one and the customer service was quick and easy to email and I got a replacement the next day ! fantastic.

No delivery, no refund!!!
Following on my original review I have been contacted by Arlo Hudson and informed that the items I ordered are out of stock. The alternative they suggested wasn't good enough so I asked for a refund. No response to it, no refund, no delivery. And all this apparently down to a member of staff calling in sick...

Very soft underwear and delivered quickly. I hadn’t heard of the brand before but tried a pair after seeing an advert on Instagram. So far so good, I tend to reach for them most! Thanks guys. Ray
Order NOT received. Emails and messages ignored
I placed an order on Dec 18, 2023 with hope to receive it before Christmas. However, I have NOT been received my order as of today (Jan 7th, 2024).
Looking at the review here, I tried to be positive and give them chance to sort this out as this might be busy period of the year. I tried to reach their customer service by sending multiple emails and message on their Instagram asking about my order status. But, my effort to reach out has been ignored. No single reply or apology for the delay. At this point, if everyone was in position, they would be definitely disappointed and fuming!

Bought over 9 pairs of briefs and boxers. Initially everything was great, soft, fit well, look great. Then as has been stated on here quite a few times, they disintegrate around the crotch area.
EVERY SINGLE pair I have purchased have a hole in them.
I have e mailed and received a reply saying that they will send out replacements and nothing has been sent. The company is a scam, the words they use in the advertising campaigns are worthless.
If they are to continue they must change the quality of the product.

I placed an order with Arlo Hudson in Nov23 and have still not received tracking or my order. The company has charged me. I have messaged on email, their online form, instagram and messaged on X. No reply have been completely ignored. I would avoid based on poor customer service and not sending purchased goods.
Really soft underwear
Really soft underwear. Picked up a 3 pack of Trunks on the Black Friday sale and was really impressed with them.
They’re much lighter and more comfortable than the usual pants I wear. Ideally they would be a bit cheaper but I’m happy with them. Will probably pick up another set in a couple of months.

Great to wear once… before they fade and disintegrate.
Arlo Hudson underwear - great for a one-time wear. After one wear and washed in line with their instructions, the colour fades. Within three wears, the stitching around the waistband comes apart, and if (big if) they can be worn again after, you’ll only get to do it once.
Poor quality, even for a much lower priced product. I really wish they were better.
No Response for over 2 weeks...
I really do not like writing reviews online, however i placed an order over 2 weeks ago to which i have heard nothing about when it will be delivered. Sadly like a few other recent reviews i have tried contacting on various platforms, from emailing twice, messaging on Instagram, Submitting a webform and Not a single response. I'm really disappointed as i had a very easy swift delivery from there before. But feel that with no response i must seek another platform for someone to get back to me. I would just like to know if the order can be fulfilled? And if not i would like a refund, as this is kind of beyond a joke at this point.

Non delivery and poor support
Ordered underwear 12 th November, yet to receive the goods despite payment being taken. Even more alarming is the fact me efforts to contact the company have simply been ignored.
Steer clear!
Despite reaching out to me to resolve this problem on the 21st November they are still yet to respond. As I said in my earlier review. STEER CLEAR!!!!!!

unprofessional, customer service non-existent, lack of integrity
Order placed, subsequently paid for - items duly arrived but were incorrect and not as ordered. This indicates there is absolutely no quality inspection whatsoever before the goods leave the vendor. This in and of itself wouldn't be an issue if their customer support service was in anyway reactive or helpful ; they have ignored 3 emails and all messages via their socials requesting assistance. Their website clearly indicates if you have an issue they we will get back to you within 24 hours if you drop them a line - well its been a week and still no sign of a reply. They also ironically state "If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a hassle-free returns process"... but when they have a non-existent customer service team that is either overstretched or underresourced or clearly inept at you know actually offering customer service, that statement becomes just a hollow sound bite. My first and I suspect last order with this scam company - my advice - do not touch with a barge pole . Fine if they ship what you ordered but if they don't, you are in the lap of the gods. I will be making a chargeback and expect to see a full refund

Best Underwear brand I’ve found
Just ordered my second batch of Arlo Hudson trunks. Super comfortable and luxurious material and great value for money. Wouldn’t buy any other brand of underwear anymore.

Never received my order
I placed my order on the 10th of September, but received no dispatch notification nor the goods. The emails and instagram inquiries I sent to the company were also completely ignored. It just feels like a scam.
