I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company. Their customer service is appalling. I have been trying to make a return for a refund. I’ve contacted them several times over the last 5 weeks and I still have not received a reply. They say there is a 30 day refund policy but that does not seem to be the case. A very very dissatisfied customer

If I could give zero, that would be their rating. Got broken JD bottles for , refund requested, but still didnot received refund. Delivery took a month. Useless customer service

Total scam, ordered the jack Daniels whiskey decorative bottles. OMG what arrived was most definitely not what was advertised. They took €76 for 2 bottles that i could have got similar in the pound shop. Do not buy from this site Arion Dublin, total scam

Purchased a fire truck Jack Daniels Fire truck. It took ages to arrive and has no resemblance to what was advertised and Was TINY. Despite contacting the company 3 times, no response. Do NOT use this company. There is another advertising the exact same pictures under a different name as i cannot find Arion anymore

I ordered a 'tote bag' for my mother as advertised. Reduced from 120 euro to 44.99. Picture of her dog on front. It eventually arrived yesterday. A low quality small shopping bag. Lesson learned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered padded dog tote and padded dream pure bag. Both are just cheap plastic bags. Still trying to get in contact with seller Arion Dublin for refund but it's impossible. Also cost a fortune. Only worth 10 euro each

Was charged twice when only one item ordered. Contacted Company several times by email and their online portal. Have yet to receive refund despite the promise of same. In my opinion customer service is dreadful. Item received too late for intended recipient and in my opinion sub standard as to what was advertised. Would not purchase from this Company again.

Completely fake advertising of a product. I bought a bag which was shown as quilted and beautifully crafted. What arrived after spending 44 euros, was a hideous, plastic tote bag without any resemblance to what I had purchased. Don't buy from this site.
