Products are hit and miss and shouldn't be for the prices. The rewards point system was a huge letdown. I'd say the only good experience here is they offer terp bags and bovida packs for each strain you buy. Last straw for me was finding pieces of rubber glove in my last batch of hemp

Previously I had written a review praising their generous rewards program; well now that I've invested in it for months, getting myself to silver tier, they've rug-pulled it and literally decimated the value of their points. I still have my legacy points, but once they're gone I'll be looking elsewhere.

purchased multiple times, have tried MANY other websites trying to get the best quality for lowest price. and nothing comes close to arete. it is by far the best quality for the best price you can get online. and ive ordered from all the popular websites and many yall cant even find haha. For old heads, its like outgrowing your friends. They used to sell deals. But after the catastrophic blowout sale where all these regulars got burned, they changed websites and upped prices. The deals will never be back. Black tie cbd is much better selection, variety, and price. And they ship faster generally.

Someone new discovering arete might need it like i did. But a little research will net you a better site.

These People are amazing in general, I love their weed quality and prices, especially their price for small THCA buds are simply unbeatable. And that’s not all they also have a 30% discount for purchases made with bitcoin that applies to I think most things on their website. And their customer service is excellent. They always return emails within a day for me and they’re super chill as far as their conduct goes.

Scam of a company AVOID at all costs. Rewards finale was a complete scam lost out on hundreds of dollars of rewards points. Every other THCA vendor is offering Black Friday discounts but not cheap Arete. Never ever going business with Arete again

Extremely shady business practices such as not publishing negative reviews on products and screwing customers over with high prices and inability to use rewards on almost all products.

First off, love this company. They had a recent rewards event that admittedly could've gone smoother, but it wasn't a scam. Many people were able to redeem points for product, but inventory was limited and there were technical issues throughout. Could've been more communication from Arete, but I don't doubt they will do their best to make it right for those who were disappointed based on my past experiences with them.

All that aside, I've been a loyal customer for about a year. They have quality product and any hesitation I held about ordering online disappeared with my first order. Since then I've placed numerous orders with no issues. Always fast shipping, always a hand written note, and always a great selection of strains and price points. Easy to navigate website imo. I don't doubt that bad experiences exist with valid complaints, but folks can also be petty, so take it with a grain of salt. This is a small business striving for excellence and doing a pretty darn good job.

Great company. Highly satisfied every time I make a purchase! Dont fall for the negative reviews from people complaining about reward points and issues that have nothing to do with this brand and their product or business. I have made well over 100 purchases and have yet to be disappointed! Keep up the great work Arete!

I was completely robbed of $400 worth of rewards because the arete site messed up. I had been one of the first, waiting on the first day for the release and I have nothing to show for it. Thousands of dollars spent, and I have nothing to show for it. Do not trust Arete.

The *product* is typically alright, and the disposable rosin carts are really good

But they have consistently had site 'problems' about things like applying coupons and loyalty points (which they just now discontinued)

For example they had a special sale for the end of their loyalty program - and the first time it crashed the site. No big, everyone struggles yeah? But within like 3 days they relaunch the event with the only change being adding a queue to even get on the website. And THEN they wouldn't address the fact a majority of shoppers couldn't use their points as they were supposed to (I would apply mine and when i hit check out, it would go from $93 to $0 and I'd have to reset the whole thing.) So by the time the product in my cart ran out of stock after trying for an hour and a half - I still didn't get to purchase.

Their customer support was absolutely non-existent - no replies to anyone about this even though the event is going for another day or so - but it doesn't matter because the boasted HUGE amount of product! was gone. .-.

Well I would say for starters to not sensor people on discord when they post legit pics of hemp they bought that was moldy or brown. The issue isn't that one person got them, cause shit happens, its just because the owner argued about whether or not the product came from them or that the lighting was bad, and then simply removed the posts. That alone caused a bunch of long term customers to just quietly stop purchasing. Changed rewards points system mis stream with no notice, because they were supposedly losing too much money (even though multiple other companies still use the same rewards system Arete used to have), wonder how they could be losing funds but all these other companies seem to be thriving (Flow, WNC, etc.). Plus those other companies have product that is equal to if not better than Arete's for a better price to begin with. Then months ago he tells everyone on discord they will be able to use all their points at once for a limited time before the new rewards system came out. Got the email for the rewards points, and like everyone else I got ready to spend my 8k in points, only to be met with server crashes, not able to use rewards points, long queues just to get to the website. To find some people were able to check out and their purchases are being honored, but no update to the rest of us who could never get through since Friday when they halted the event.

I have been a customer for years, and I earned over $522 in reward points that could originally be spent without limit. They changed their rules regarding how the reward points could be spent, capping them to only 20% of each order (and only eligibke for certain items). They received a lot of negative feedback regarding the unfairness of this cap and limit to how the reward points could be used, so they decided to have a three-day only “Grande Finale” in which reward piints could be spent in full on a limited number of items. I have attempted to login and purchase the “Grand Finale” bundle and other eligible items. I did everything I could, used muktiple browsers, cleared my cache, tried different devices and a PC - ALL WITH ERRORS PREVENTING ME FROM CHECKING OUT. Now, the limited product I tried so hard to obtain with my points is sold out and I still cannot checkout (with $522 of my earned rewards expiring in 2 days). I don’t think this was a good faith sale attempt. I think they are simply ending their rewards points and tried to make it look like they were having an event they could be spent on, but it was a sham. I hope they make this right. If they do, I will change my review. If not, I WILL ESCALATE this to proper channels, as this could be a deceptive marketing act and a form of “bait-n-switch” in which we paid goid money thinking we were getting bonus rewards, just for those rewards to be rendered useless at a later date and without adequate chance to spend them. Consumer Affair attorneys would love to hear of this type of stuff.

Great experience with the team members, really good, strong flower, carts, and edibles for a good price. There is a large shop with more expensive, higher-end products. and cheaper bud that is still very strong.

Just like with all the other hemp companies, this stuff is blatantly fake poison. I don't understand how they are able to stay in business and keep trafficing this garbage. Gen z must be REALLY stupid to keep smoking this cat urine chemicals. When tens of thousands of people finally start dying from this or having lifelong health problems, it's going to be one of the greatest avoidable catastrophies in American history. Btw leave this stuff alone if you ever want to enjoy real weed again, this alt noids trash has fried my cannabinoid receptors. Including the ones in my gut. Haven't been healthy since my ER visit in 12/2022. Luckily I survived my fatally low blood oxygen levels. Inb4 0 brain cell 19 year olds try to tell me I dont understand the chemical conversion and ignoring the fact that it's synthetic thca.

I am giving 5 stars just on customer service! I got the order process confused and the team got me fixed and shipped within minutes. I am sure the smoke will be as great as the staff at Arete!

This was my first time ordering. I ordered some Jack Herer and it was fire. Jack has a strong citrus fragrance. The flower feels fresh and dense. Not sticky but also not dry. It hit like a solid Sativa. Jack Herer will give you focus. I was locked in on the task at hand. 10/10 I do recommend!!!
