Super Responsive and Transparent
Always very responsive, never lets things like blurry files go under the radar. Any problems or things that aren’t clear, they’ll bring it up and get it sorted!

Helpful but Lacks in Communication
They were great to work with during the approval stage. They helped resize and shape the design before production and even worked with me when I accidentally uploaded the wrong file — I really appreciated that level of service.
However, once the artwork was approved, communication completely dropped off. I didn’t receive any order updates, and after my order sat for days with no progress, I reached out by email but got no response. I called four times, left voicemails, sent two more emails, and chatted with them three separate times — still nothing.
Finally, I received an email saying their equipment was down and my order would be made the following day. I completely understand that issues happen, but communication is key. All I was asking for was a simple update to let me know there was a delay and why.

THEY PROMPTLY FIX ANY ISSUES
I was PISSED when my product came in wrinkled from being crammed into a box... Nathan from customer service IMMEDIATELY reached out to me once they learned of the problem and sent me a new product, No Charge.
Ngl I was definitely worried it was going to be one of those instances where I'm going to have to end up paying as much for shipping back and forth as the product was worth, but nope. They went above and beyond to fix the issue with no effort on my part. This is one of those few companies you know you can trust. And I definitely love the product! Absolutely great quality for the price.
