I did not get all of my screen
I did not get all of my screens and it put my project back weeks. When I called to get it resolved I kept getting transferred to a disconnected line

The two missing frames shipped yesterday. The UPS tracking number is 1Z9152591300973095.
I can work with you on remedying the lost time.
Also, It's ok to leave the screen techs a voicemail when transferred. You were transferred to their cell phone, but if they are busy they can't answer and if you don't leave a message they will never know to return the call.
Their cell phones are not disconnected.

Unfortunate
Received my screen and well it’s advertised as 3,000 plus screens I only got through about 4-5 shirts before it started to have holes and defects which cause it to bleed through the screen onto the shirts . Unfortunately I had to complete the job as is due to them being samples . Had to cut the cost of my shirts in half due to that . Called this afternoon wasn’t getting much help besides getting questioned as if was my fault . Very unfortunate. Will be looking for other places for the job from now on .
