I am extremely impressed with this car service. From the beginning they got in contact with me via text and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. When I had to change or update my information it was smooth and painless. Everything about the process was very simple and efficient. The driver was on time and was a great and professional driver and gave us a very smooth ride from Manhattan to Wallingford CT He asked if we were comfortable with the speed he was going. He was easy to talk to and was able to navigate challenges like road closures with ease.

He took care of our luggage and adjusted the air in the car to our liking. He was on time and very pleasant. The vehicle was in excellent condition and so comfortable that my Mom was able to nap. I will always use this company for any future car service and you should too if you are like me and get very annoyed when snags occur in planning a trip.

In late March, I was driven from LGA to my home in Ridgefield CT. My driver was Omar. I wanted to tell you that he was great, the car was comfortable and immaculate. He was on time for pick up. He took my heavy suitcase right to my door. Your service is very affordable and I will definetly recommend you and use your service again.

I used Area Car Service for my wedding as we did not have a bridal party and other car services were charging insane prices. I chose the Escalade XL and scheduled 3 separate pickup/drop offs for the day of the wedding. The driver arrived on time, was professional and the car was very clean. They drove safely for each drive and were very courteous throughout the entire process. If we need car services in the future, Area Car Service will be the first place we call. Highly recommend.

I had to get a ride from Bakersfield to LAX after a few price quotes area car service sent me a lower rate! Booked and they were very communicative and friendly. Before my car arrived the driver text me good morning and his eta of arrival. He was super accomidating. Very thoughtful providing me a water and a snack. We had great conversation and the car was very clean and comfortable. Sowfan did an amazing job navigating through lax traffic. Def reccomend this service and mostly Sowfan!

I have used very recently from home September 17th -- Newark then from JFK - -home . September 27th.
It was comfortable ride had chat with driver on both way. Very friendly nice drivers . I definitely use them again. Thank you for showing up on time.

My wife and I have tried numerous local car services and Area Car Service is (believe it or not) the first company that arrived on time at our house and at the airport after an 11 hour flight. Other car services cancelled our pick up at the airport while we were in the air coming home, on more than one occasion. Plus their price for us was lower than other car services
