I would like to sincerely thank the administrative team, lecturers, and supervisors at Arden University for their incredible support throughout my studies. Completing my degree while raising two babies, working full-time , and supporting my family during a difficult health crisis back home was extremely challenging.
Despite these circumstances, the Arden team was always understanding, supportive, and encouraging. Their guidance helped me improve my academic work and successfully complete my dissertation.
The knowledge and confidence I gained during my studies i believe will help me climb the ladder professionally.
Thank you again to the admin team, lecturers, and supervisors for believing in me and supporting me throughout my journey. I am truly grateful and look forward to celebrating my graduation.

Scammers…
Arden University has been the worst academic and financial experience I’ve ever had. They reported completely false information to Student Finance England, which created an artificial debt of around £8,000 in my name. They billed me for a semester I never attended, refused to refund an overpayment, and repeatedly sent payment demands even after I officially withdrew. Their administration is chaotic, unprofessional, and careless with student records — at one point they even acted as if I had never enrolled. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Arden at all costs.

I have requested for a refund in JANUARY and after tons and tons of forms and emails it is MID MARCH and I still haven’t heard from anyone.
They are DISHONEST PEOPLE and honestly I am now afraid of losing my money.
Don’t trust them.

Good Support
I needed support / advice, couldn't find it on the online portal as I am a new student. I got in touch by email and was expecting a response in a day or two, but I was surprised to get a quick response of Emily from the Newcastle student hub team. After couple of exchanges she managed to get the IT support to solve my issue. Overall I was very impressed on how swiftly this was done in a matter of 2 hours. Thank you Emily.

This university has been great for me, as a mature student needing help juggling childcare, my neurodivergence and my child’s neurodivergence, going back to university would have been impossible without the support of the staff from Arden University Leeds. I do not recommend this university, this is a nightmare, they do not inform you about anything, nor do you receive an email about what is next, in general they do not care about the students, the teachers are toxic and do not explain properly or evaluate you properly, some of them do not even teach lectures, they evaluate you if you are nice to them, this is one of the worst universities I have ever seen, you will always have problems if you study in them, do not waste your time and money

I am beyond frustrated with the administration at Arden University (Stratford). We are supposed to start classes next week today is Thursday there is still no timetable available.
I have tried calling for 20 minutes every single day for the past three days—no one answers. I have sent multiple emails—no one replies. It is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
As a student with a family, children, and work commitments, I cannot just 'wait and see.' We need to plan our lives in advance. The lack of support and the complete silence from the staff is unacceptable. If you value your time and need an organized institution, look elsewhere. Extremely disappointed
