Web page is confusing and I felt misled about
the free trail. Didn't know about the concellation fee.
Ben Smith was polite and patient. But I will never return
to HBO or the so called Customer Service for this product.

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone because of the following, the first 2 times I called they were very helpful in getting me going again. I called back after that and was ignored and not treated very well. The last time I called them was over 2wks ago. I talked with one person and he told be he would call back in a couple minutes. Still waiting on that call.
Thank God it only cost me $20.00, all I can say is buyer beware.
