I’ve been working with the team at Arch Public for a while now and have been very happy with the experience.

The team have been great to work with from day one. They’re always available when I have a question, very informative and take the time to explain how everything works without overcomplicating it.

The biggest thing for me has been the completely hands-off approach. I wanted something systematic and emotionless that I could essentially set and forget, without feeling the need to constantly watch the markets or interfere with the strategy. That’s exactly what I’ve got.

It allows me to get on with my day-to-day professional life knowing the algos are doing what they’re designed to do in the background.

I had an excellent experience with this concierge service. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was smooth, organized, and very helpful. The staff stayed in constant contact to make sure I was properly paired with a team member who could walk me through the program and explain everything in detail.

What really stood out was the open communication. Even between scheduled meetings, I always felt like I had access to support and guidance. You can meet as often as needed, as long as you sign up for an available time slot, and email communication is always there to help bridge any knowledge gaps along the way.

Overall, the service felt professional, responsive, and thoughtfully structured.

I have been a Concierge member just under a year. My only complaint was the taxes I had to pay on my gains! The team are informative and very personable who helped set up the algorithms with Btc and Sol which exceeded my goals. White glove service is always available for any concerns. This algorithmic trading has taken the stress and anxiety from making great gains.

Great customer service. Love the idea of taking the emotion out of investing. Good high quality company. Austin has been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I hope to add some Roth Ira funds to my Arch accounts soon. Very good experience over all.

My only small gripe with the overall initial experience was the 40% sale started just after I signed up. I was given a good discount but not as much as the 40 % sale even though I specifically asked if the 40% would be available as it was on black friday.

I was looking for a better way to optimize my portfolio, and learned of Arch Public through Scott Melker.

Justin Smith brought me onto the Concierge program, helped me get all set up, and I have been up and running for about 10 months now! He and I checkin once a quarter or when needed.

I have 18%+ more crypto than I would, had I simply bought and held.
