Full disclosure could have been given upfront. Instead it took my wife going back and forth and then myself before the particulars were fully explained. In addition it would seem that if one set of the same plans have been ordered on a walkout basement, they would have been saved where they could be used again instead of having to wait so long. Some construction lenders need the plans and costs associated with those plans to finalize the approval process. Meaning we could be spending $2,500, waiting 3 to 4 more weeks, then finally get an answer on approval. Just doesn’t seem to be the easiest way to do business.

the design recommendations were contemporary and convenient. It saved me much time and made me be visual on my space before taking decisions.

The Sweet Coral plan immediately caught our eye with its unique design and thoughtful layout. It manages to feel both luxurious and comfortable. Our builder even noted how clear the plans were, which made the construction process smooth and efficient.

We chose the Wayside plan for our vacation home, and it couldn’t be more perfect. The layout uses every square foot wisely, and the natural light in the main living areas is amazing. Paulo supported us through each step of the process and made the entire experience completely stress-free.

Haystack 3 strikes the perfect balance between style and practicality. The plans were clear, easy for our builder to follow, and the delivery turnaround was impressively fast.

I purchased the Lady Rose plan and immediately needed an upgrade. I received clear communication and responses to be able to obtain the updated plans within a week. Amazing work!

This plan checked all our boxes. It’s simple but elegant, cozy but spacious where it matters. Just a great layout overall. So glad we went with Mill Creek Cottage.

Overall the customer service was great; however, my plan option included 5 sets of construction drawings or more so I bought a PDF and 8 sets of construction drawings worth $2,600 and the shippers failed to enter the box number in the shipping address. Luckily my plans were delivered with UPS to my destination and talked to receiving about my package without a box number. The shipping department must pay attention to the shipping address and enter the correct shipping address on the label.

Haven't heard from anyone on modifiers since order was paid. Seems slow

We kept coming back to the Haystack 2. It just felt right for our family. The layout works well, especially the flow between the kitchen and living room. Can’t wait to build it.

Love the Houseplans, love the customer service! Hands down, the best in the space!
