Great backpack with ample storage pace for laptop ,tablet ,toiletries ad a change of clothes. Very well made and durable.

Had a Duffel bag for well over a year, used every day and always full until I managed to break the strap. I was only expecting a replacement strap but they replaced the complete bag. Great customer service and a great bag!

It's a fantastic product and I use it for both daily to/from office and also 3-4 day business trips. A couple of minor issues developed with the bag and the customer service to handle the lifetime warranty claim and get a new product shipped out asap was absolutely excellent. Would highly recommend!

This is one of the best backpacks for 1 or 2 day travel. It expands to hold a couple of days worth of clothing. Plus the sleek style, quality, and internal design is really well thought out.

I have had the backpack for about 3 weeks and so far it has worked great, I travel at least every week for work and the set up with all the pouches and zippered pockets is ideal. I would definitely recommend it. I am interested to see how durable over time it is.

This is perfect ravel backpack. I travel 3 time a month for short trips and can pack everything in need in here, clothes, toiletries, computer, etc. It is very comfortable, roomy and a game changer in travel. Pair it with the travel cubes and you have the ultimate travel bag.

My everyday carry to work, love the versatility. I also love that it stand upright on its own when loading or unloading if that is how you want to use. This is the first backpack I ever was able to buy for my self that was what I wanted. I was always using packs given to me by family that didn't really fit my wants and needs, this one is exactly what I want.

The customer service provided by the company is nothing short of exceptional. I had a few questions before making my purchase, and their team was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Poor quality items, poor customer service.

I ordered an item from them a year ago which has broken and is completely unusable. Whilst I appreciate the offer of extending the warranty, they offered a replacement “valued” at £169 (which, based on the quality of materials used with the broken bag is not worth that) as a replacement but then mentioned I was responsible for the shipping costs, which were around £45 then after complaining, reduced to £27. I have never in my 34 years of life had to pay anything for a replacement item due to an original breaking, albeit from shoddy material. The customer service team are reluctant to even think about the experience of the paying customer and only concerned with charging them. The response from them will be on the lines of “we tried to offer you a solution and a FOC charge bag etc. etc.”. They failed to disclose the “FOC” bag would come with a shipping cost of more than I paid for the original broken bag!

The items are cheap material sourced probably from alibaba/aliexpress with Arca official slapped on it. Honestly save your money and get something better. You can also find the exact same bag on sites like Temu for about 10th of the price.

The item as it should be, was offered free of charge but as mentioned above, I was required to pay shipping costs of £45 (more than the cost of the original bag!!) The response to my post is clutching at straws. It is completely misleading how they state in their response

“we did dispatch one of our bestsellers to you completely free of charge, including shipping and without any associated fees.”

“Including shipping” is entirely untrue as they required me to pay £45 for it.

How can you also offer a lifetime guarantee and then because the zippers broke and fell off somewhere, and I couldn’t find them then say it is not covered.

As mentioned above, save your money. Buy elsewhere that’s better quality and has much much better customer service.

I responded to an ad on Facebook and ordered a carry on. It took forever to come. It was delivered while I was out of the country and stolen because of Post Office negligence. I will never buy anything from ARCA again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Arca and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. The level of service I received was beyond subpar and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

When my bag finally arrived, I was shocked to find it was poorly made with cheap materials so I immediately contacted their customer support to exercise their advertised ‘Satisfaction Guarenteed’ return policy.

Expecting a prompt resolution, I was met with more disappointment. The package I returned promptly and at my own exspense was confirmed as delivered by local agents and international shipper, however representative I spoke to was rude and dismissive, showing little concern for my issue.

They even went as far as blaming me for the missing package despite having clear documentation of it being delivered.

Their return policy was convoluted and seemed intentionally designed to deter customers from seeking proper resolutions. Their lack of transparency and willingness to rectify the matter left me feeling cheated and ignored and I can not help but feel this is a scam.

Overall, my experience with Arca was extremely unsatisfactory. Their poor customer service and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear and find a more reliable and customer-focused online store for their needs.

I’m sure someone from ‘the company’ will reply to this with a poor defense but I’d like to try my best to prevent others from experiencing loosing money like I did.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing quality of the bags! The Roomie is so perfect for working whilst I’m travelling as a photographer. Definitely recommend!

I bought my first Backpack 2 month ago , the shipping was fast and so far the product is excellent.
On my second purchase my product arrived defective and they send me a new-one letting me keep the defective one , for me this is super professional and I will buy again from this website i recommend it .
