Incredibly unkind
I have ordered previously from Arbor Solutions but this time I found the process and service incredibly painful. The photos and descriptions do not match, and when I emailed to ask a question, they were deliberately evasive and consequently I ordered the wrong thing.
Yes it may sound like I should have been more careful, but it is easy to get things wrong when the images and descriptions do not match - and they knew I had got it wrong but yet cited 'that they were too busy to properly read the question' as the reason for not pointing out my mistake.
I cannot express how unpleasant they were and I would warn everyone to ask many questions and also point out that their images and descriptions don't match (apparently it's ok to have generic descriptions that don't match the item you are buying!!) and I hope you don't have to deal with their passive aggressive and righteous tone. Do not assume that they will help you, and do assume that they will do everything not to help you.

Your order for a Wooden Workbench – Eucalyptus Hardwood Top (4ft depth, double shelf, assembled) was processed and delivered exactly as displayed on our website and as confirmed in your order summary. The product listing clearly specifies the eucalyptus hardwood plywood top, which differs in both appearance and texture from the MDF-top workbench you purchased previously.
At no point prior to delivery did we receive any request to confirm whether this order was identical to your previous MDF-top bench. Had such a query been raised, our team would have gladly clarified the difference between the two product types before dispatch. We believe all written requests were handled quickly, courteously, and efficiently throughout the entire process.
We would also like to confirm that the workbench delivered was in full accordance with the product description, images, and specifications shown on our website. No misleading information has been presented, and all product listings accurately describe their materials and features. That said, we are always open to improving clarity and have passed your feedback to our content team for review.

Delivered when stated
Delivered when stated. Easy to assemble - would recommend an electric screwdriver otherwise it would take a long time (and would be hard work). Excellent quality although I treated some cut ends that looked a bit pale, but easy to do and some some old fence coating lying around that matched. Very solid.

Log Store
The instructions for the log store were incorrect as the parts have changed - there was no instruction for the fitting of the kindling shelf. On the plus side it is robust.
Delivery was later than expected by a number of days.
